Hi-
I wonder if there is any sense to using 'circular' links...i.e., an inbound link from my blog to HP; and in the related HP article, an outbound link to my blog... ??
I just did that with one article, in which I address different aspects of the same subject in each place. Make sense? Allowed?
They are called reciprocal links, and they are allowed. They don't carry as much weight with Google as one-way links, but they're fine.

I'd check out that article. Interesting perspective on the worth of links!
Another backlink question.
Is backlinks to a profile page as opposed to a hub page:
More beneficial
Less beneficial
Or do they both carry the same 'weight'?
They each will carry whatever weight it gets from the site it's linking from. It really just depends on whether you're trying to promote your profile page or an individual hub.

I started about 7 weeks ago and have been publicizing/backlinking most of my hubs through the bookmarking sites SheToldMe, Snipsley, Xomba and Redgage.Does anyone think (or know) whether Google, as part of its new ranking system, will now be penalizing pages linked to from sites such as these...

A lot of people still talk about backlinking campaigns even though Google has been targeting manufactured backlinks for a long while.Anyone tempted to take the 'success through backlinks' route might like to read this: http://www.neilshearing.com/2011/08/26/ … s-at-risk/A quote: 'So...

I was reading through the FAQ and one thing that stuck out for me was the fact that after your Hubber Profile score reaches 75 or higher your website link on your profile is supposed to change from nofollow into dofollow. The links on my profile are all still nofollow links (I checked with inspect...
