      Exorter is right.
      If you love God, and you love each other as you love your self, you will automatically do the others.  Don't treat any one in a way that you don't want to be treated yourself.

      Yes you can have works without laws, but it takes being completely in tune with God by His Holy Spirit. Unfortunately, few have ever been so in tuned to the Holy Spirit as to be directed in such a way as to persistently set aside personal interest for the interest of others. From time to time we all give in to an inordinate need for self-protection. This fear and lack of faith cause us to do things that we would otherwise not do and hate ourselves for after we have done them.

   When I read this question, my first answer is faith without works is dead. Without faith its impossible to please God. So if we were to put our faith into practice, we would simply not disobey God. This is a faith walk. And if we are walking in faith and not by sight, we would practice keeping all the commandments.
   
   No you can not have works without God's laws. God's laws keep us governed, so that we can have good works.
   
   I will also say this....When God created the heavens and the earth and all that was within...his works was evidence of his laws. Some call it the laws of nature. I call it the evidence of things not seen.
