   I am getting at the most 8 pageviews a day on every hub. Is this normal. I am getting 8-9 pageviews overall that were referred from google. I just want to know if this is a good start or not. Thanks!

   Sounds very reasonable. Please remember that your own views and editing actions count towards page views.

   Yes.  If you are averaging 1 organic view per day per hub on hubs that are a maximum of 10 days old that's not bad at all.  Give it time.

   It is good. I consider roughly 10-15 average is good.
   
   I feel you are on the right track. Give it some time for it to grow

   I think you are doing fine, at least much better than I am...I am at 100+ right now and the average daily pageview is just around 70 to 100...
   
   The stats are really depressing...
   
   But have to wait for a few more months and see where it is heading..

   You see, the earnings were really depressing when I published my first few hubs...so, I was like: "What the heck?" and stopped writing for a while...
   
   It wasn't until a few months later that these hubs started to reel in some "spare change"...LOL!! It wasn't that much anyway...
   
   Then, I started seeing some potential in this project...
   
   Maybe if I would just be a little more hardworking...

      Well, I was just asking, and please don't take offense, because I mean no offense.
      
      However, I think before you enter a 30 Hub in 30 Day Challenge, which I saw your post in that forum thread...you might consider to get some more in-depth knowledge on writing hubs.
      
      I reviewed your last 6 hubs and I have to say that they are not of "quality", so I can only assume that you've been plugging away under the ideology that "quantity" is better than "quality".
      
      Because, of the 6 hubs(your latest six) I reviewed, none of them are any better than a blog.
      
      I would suggest that you post two or three links in the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread and get some critiquing from veteran hubbers, so as you can improve on what you have already, before creating more.
      
      That is just my opinion, but from my experience so far on HubPages, it is the most sound advice I can give you. Because, if you continue to produce what I have already reviewed...then you will only run into frustration.
      
      Just a thought.

         Is it possible that initially there is a good amount of traffic internally and then it slows down. I have been here for five weeks now and find that traffic from google and outside is just one or two per day.. Is that okay ?

   I get not many pageviews per hub but I put one hub up thats getting around 450 veiws the last couple of days I'm so excited.

   Here is a hub that has had little or no promotion. It's about 7-8 months old. As you can see the views just keep slowly climbing...
   
   (Big traffic increase was from an organic backlink in a relevant forum that someone posted.)

       Depends what you mean by good. Yes it is good to start out that way.
       
       But I've written some hubs that have gotten 100+ views from day one. And other hubbers are getting into the thousands.
       
       It depends on keyword research and good quality hubs. And the older they get, as shown above, the more traffic they should slowly get.

    I read about the older the hub the better it gets listed but I thought it was just myth. Seems like it is proven now.
    
    I got to agree with WryLilt that some hubbers are getting tons of traffic daily. I think it is depends on the quality and also the hubber itself.
