    Hey,
So last night I was sitting at a stoplight and an SUV rearended me really hard. There's a huge dent and a ton of damage on the back of my Dad's Toyota Corrola LE!

I slid into the intersection and thankfully didnt hit another car that was coming, the car was turning another direction. I was so mad. This driver was about 25yr old male and he had been drinking he totally tried to denie the fact that it was his fault! I was really upset. I promised my dad I would take really good care of his car while he was over seas! (I guess it wasnt my fault but I felt really bad) I talked to the police and the guy got a speeding ticket for going 45 on a 30 mile an hour road by a school. Then also got fined for careless driving and because he had alcohol in his system. The police made him take a breathalizer test to see if he blew pst .08 which he didnt but still it was enough to impair his judgement. Since we have Liability and all that jazz he is paying for the damage of the car, there would be no way that we would be able to pay for any of that.

He tried to say that I was on my phone and I wasnt paying attention to my driving. Obivously I was at a stoplight not driving because it was a red light! And the police saw it there was no way that man was going to get out of that one!

What a schmo.  That guy should get the pleasure of a sound beating.  Glad to hear you're ok.  The exact same thing happened to me actually a couple of years ago.  I was stopped at a stop light and suddenly heard the sound of screeching tires smile

Glad to hear that you are ok!  Sorry to hear about the accident, though.  And you are right, it was not your fault, and I doubt your dad will blame you.

Yeah that guy was really rude and full of himself. The funny thing was that the police that was there just stood there shaking his head at the dude, and you could tell that he didnt care and he thought that the guy was crazy. The evidence was enough to tell the story. I didnt have to put up much of a fight to prove my innocence when the police saw the damage for himself! I didnt know weather to laugh at the guy or roll my eyes at the fact he was trying to make it my fault.

She's doing okay! Um she's got a ton of broken bones in her face as well as stiches arcoss her face too.

Im going to visit her. I made her a card that people have been signing all day and Im going to buy her a smoothe since she can only read liquids right now. I thought that if she can only eat liquids that she should have some fun with it! have something that she actually likes!
