Would you change it? If yes, then what would you change it to..!? Just for curiosity..
I personally wouldn't as I may have built a small but noticeable name recognition at a few sites including eHow and Infobarrel. It would be confusing to people I already know.
I would change my user name to ThisIsOli rather than thisisoli. That way people might be more inclined to call me Oli, rather than this, soli, sisoli, thisis, etc

Hey all, Can i change my username w/out having to create a whole new acct. I did not know that your username came up each time the hub appears when I created it. I would have picked something a bit more saucy or creative, not my initials and what not. Anyways, let me know, k kiddoo!
