if you just post an article, then just ping the URL of your page with pingler.com, then it will be indexed by google then when someone search on google related with your article, then your hubpage article might be shown then he visit your article.

Dont forget to posting your article to Social bookmarking too, to achieve higher backlinks.

use the "traffic getter' button - its between the f11 and prt scr key on most US keyboards.

check your user manual to see if the traffic getter feature came with your computer

I use a variety of submission and ping tools, such as these http://hubpages.com/hub/Submit-and-Ping … irectories

Also, share your Hubs with others via Twitter, Facebook, forums, and other sites.

And leave thoughtful comments on blogs and include a link to your hub, if appropriate.

Do nothing. High quality hubs generate their own traffic in 4-6 months with an even bigger increase towards 9 months.
    Keep writing more.

I am having a fire sale on those Chinese made imported computer keyboards with that weird 'traffic getter' button.

Yours for a measly US$1,497 each.

Please, buy 17 keyboards and get 3 for free big_smile

What's the warranty and use on a 'get traffic' button? I'll probably wear out 17 keyboards pressing it continuously.

I'll take it if you throw in an 'automatically highlight great keywords mouse' and the 'free google prompt content creator'.

                Wry,

You should be asleep only because you have others to consider big_smile

I don't 'have' to be asleep and this 'was' one of the last posts before tidying up some Hubs-in-progress-but-not-published-yet kinda work, THEN I was heading to hit the hay.

                So neener, neener Missy lol

jsurveys3 - being serious for a moment, but only for a moment, may I suggest the following to you,

    -read the Terms Of Service.
-do a search for 'generate traffic' for both Hubs and for Forum posts, you will come up with a swag of positive returns in your search.
