I finally joined Snipsly for backlinks and was happy to see it's a wordpress based site. Since all my own websites are WP I love it since I am so familiar with it.

Are there any other article places like Snipsly out there that are run by wordpress? I would like to join as many as I can using that. smile

Have you tried Jevitt? They are powered by WordPress. And have an interface like Snipsly.

Bill, one very nice site for backlink to 20 social bookmarking websites is: Social ADR

      Others:

      1. Back Link Spider
      2. Back Link Booster

There are many ways to go about it, from link exchanging to buying space to submit your links to...

Thisisoli runs a WP site - it is by invitation so send him a message or look up www.thisisfreelance.com.

I use Bukisa as well. Doesnt look like WP (I'mnot all that knowledgeable) but is easy to use.

I think Snipsly has generated the most Google-love for my hubs but got no stats to base that on - just a hunch really.

I get the most action from Stumble and Reddit.  I am using snipsy more now but I don't know if I've been on there long enough to make a judgment.

Reddit takes about 2 minutes to put your link on as you don't have to write more than a sentence.

Does anyone know if IMAutomator is worthwhile?

I've found IMAutomator very useful, Pamela.

I would personally suggest avoiding anything with automator in the name/description, because it means that smewhere along the line it is probably either goign to spam your link across low quality sites, or do some article spinning.

Either way you get little benefit.

Xomba is good nofollow site and clicks have high value so use it for bookmarking. wink

I got banned from that site because of my non-religious rant and amanda said it's against sites rules. My content is still there and earning me few cents to dollar. Fair enough. lol

thisisoli,  Thanks so much for your warning as I have used up the free tryout and now they want money.

I have used Xomed quite often for links and I have posted articles but I can't see at this point if is even worthwhile to continue using them.

Getting nofollow links is not bad it is just not as good as getting do follow links.
