      I would have to say Chinese. The Chinese have the ability to take anything in the world and make it delicious by utilizing spices and sauces.

   I just love almost all food from Indian cuisine with my personal favorites being Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Biryani.

   In America we have a little cuisine known as the cheeseburger, it's pretty much a delicacy.

   We also have New England clam chowder and gumbo. Cheeseburgers and pizzas are popular, but they aren't very traditional.

   Thai Food!  It's my all time favorite and I have to travel over an hour to get to a Thai restaurant.  Fave dish?  Don't know if I have one.   (I also LOVE saki when I go to Japanese Rest. )
   
   What I love about Thai restaraunts is the perfect blend of flavors: sweet with a bit of spicy.  And, I am NEVER disappointed in the service, no matter where I go-California, Alaska, Michigan, or NC.  The service is always impeccable.

    I have to be biased and say Ireland, I love the home cooking style. I have just written a hub on my favourite breakfast - an Ulster Fry.

    Love Spicy food so would have to be Indian followed Mexican. Least favorite is German and Polish dishes.
