I am currently writing a hub about hobbies and specifically how they can sometimes make a little bit of extra cash (not how to turn that hobby into a job tho, lets keep the hobby fun). I think writing as a hobby is great here, in time you can get a real following of readers and in the long term even make payouts from time to time with hobby writing. I also use my visual art on another site that is getting close to looking like I will get regular payouts (lower threshold for one thing). I know that there is the auction site estay (is that the right name and spelling?) for those hand made crafts. I wonder what else is there that you guys know about or do?

      Etsy I think it is!

I do a few things, I create art on Cafepress and Zazzle which you know about, but I've been looking up some other sites just to get my art out there for sale....have you tried Deviantart?

I've got an account on there and you can sell prints of your art there, not logged in for awhile though.

Once I've woken up I'll have some more....so tired!

I am on Deviantart, whats your profile, I will check out your stuff and watch you (or whatever). I prefer zazzle but DA is still fun even if it has not actually earned a penny yet smile

I am KirstenStar there if you wanna check out my deviations smile (some are on zazzle others are not as I am not sure they 'work' on the products at zazzle)

Lol....I think my username is demonic666evil, but I can't be sure....not logged in for months!!

But I'll check your stuff out and dig up my log in details....

And there's redbubble.com which I haven't done anything with yet......ugh got a bad cold and these Lemsips haven't kicked in yet!!?

            Not heard of redbubble before?

Sorry to hear about the cold sad
Do you put any tea in with your lemsips? When ever I am ill I use raspberry and echinacea with my lemsips, makes them taste nicer and echinacea is supposed to help support the immune system or something like that (good for colds at any rate). In between lemsips I use regular raspberry tea wit lemon and sometimes gin (you know to help kill that cold hehe)

I'll have to check out Redbubble again as I have it my bookmarks, but not really checked it out much since!

Yeah the tea thing I'll have to try as these Lemsips are just horrible tasting things....I used to eat raw garlic for awhile and that stopped me getting any colds, but lately been cooking regular teas like chips with everything, so the garlic has been sitting back at the shops crying for attention!lol!

I know the fruity teas are not 'real' teas according to British standards tongue but they do compliment the taste of lemsips nicely, I actually love drinking the stuff when sick now lol

Garlic is great stuff ain't it! As a kid I hated it and told my adopted mom we were never going to have any vampires come around with all her garlic! lol
Now I cook with it in almost everything (assuming it wont be totally gross of course) and my MIL used to complain that we always sent her home stinking of garlic! (better then sending her home smelling of smoke right!)

My gran used to eat garlic all the time and I never ever knew her to have a cold ever! Garlic is brilliant!

It's like one of those miracle foods. My adopted mom had hep-C for years and years without ever showing symptoms or knowing it from her young and reckless days of using needle drugs (before I was born). I think the way she ate raw garlic like apples had a lot to do with her maintaining good health when she probably should have presented symptoms much earlier then she did (was only after so many things went bad, divorce and deaths and my depression and what not gave her so much stress that she finally presented with symptoms)

Yeah I'll have to add more art over there and make my prints available as I've just realised they aren't!!....joined it way back in 2006 and was a right noob! For a time I thought it was ace that I'd conqueored the search term demonic666evil....little did I realise no one except me would be searching for it lol!

People don't search for demonic666evil!?! yikes Who would have thought? lol Gosh they don't know what they are missing hehe tongue
I would have thought that the titles of works and the tags would be more relevant then your artists name? Well whatever, I doubt anyone searches for KirstenStar either lol but someday... mwhahaha!

Lol back then I had this thought that a link near the title and the description was way more important....don't know why I thought that, but I can laugh now! as I realise I really need to write better titles and descriptions for them pieces of art.
