   Hi All,
   
   here's a hub I feel pretty good about but I'd love to hear from some experienced hubbers what I could be doing better.

      Right align your pictures and make them appear full size when clicked. Or make them into a slide show.
      
      Put a larger chunk of text in the first box so your Adsense moves up there.

         agreed totally.
         
         Readers will be lost into the mega size images and perhaps will not find your amazon ads.
         
         You better add more words in the hub and right align the photos.

      I like it.  I agree with the comments WryLilt made.
      
      You mention there are plenty of websites around to tell you how to make a headboard.  I recommend you include a box with a few links to some of the better ones.  Your readers will love that and so too will HubPages.
      
      Some of your text is in a different font which makes me think (probably quite incorrectly) that its copied.  I recommend you change that.  I'm not casting aspersions by the way!
      
      I'd also like to see the photographs broken up with a little more text so the hub flows nicely.
      
      Other than that you've created a lovely hub with lots of great photos to tempt your reader.  I'm going to send a link to a friend.

   I have to agree with the above.. Thing is, while trying to read through your article, I actually got lost in the pictures.  In other words, I think I missed much of what your article was about.  What WryLilt said was exactly right: right align or create a slideshow..
   
   Beyond that, once I actually got down to the article, it really didn't look bad. 
   
   I will add one thing to what everyone else has said. I can't say this enough, check your keywords.. Your top three keywords were, "amazon price", "a headboard", and "interior design."  I went to Google and looked for your article but couldn't find it.  Your opening paragraph (or, if you choose to modify your summary) should contain phrases that will get you noticed.
   
   Still, great article.  I've actually been looking for some way to get a cheap headboard, and your article has given me inspiration.  Thanks!

      Really great advice everyone - thank you!  I've now right aligned my pictures (full size on click) and added more text.  I had thought about adding a couple of links but was under the impression that this is frowned upon by Hubpages.

         Sorry, I missed your question here..
         
         There's a great plug-in for Firefox that I always use.  It's called SeoQuake: seoquake.com
         
         I had to do quite a bit of tweaking (turning off all of the plugins) but it works better than anything else I've tried.  There's also quite a few websites that check your keywords for you, you'll just have to do a search on "Check Keywords."

      I had a look and the improvements you've made are excellent.
      
      I like the link to find more information about making headboards and its great that you put it at the end so you don't lose your readers too early. 
      
      There are some other things like alignment of your capsules so the hub will look more professional but that will come with time and doing more hubs.

      Now that's got me thinking more so I went back to your hub.
      
      1.  Just a small point but when I got to the paragraph about sewing (just before the video) I thought that was the end.  I'm not sure why I thought that but I did and I was then surprised yo see there is more text.  I'd be interested to see if others who looked at you hub had the same experience.
      
      2.   Do you use the preview tool?   When I'm putting a hub together I use it a lot so that I can try to align my hubs.  If you look at my earlier hubs they are very messy but my later ones (I hope) are neat.  Doing this has the effect of keeping blocks of white space to a minimum which in turn looks more professional as its pleasing to the eye.  By this I mean that when your text block finishes say on the left your photograph also finishes.  At the moment, looking down the left your text finishes where there is half a photo etc.
      
      3.   You can also use your amazon capsules side by side and have say 4/5 in one capsule on the left and the same number on the right.  They then form a nice block.  Again it took me ages to work out how to do this.  If you put a capsule on the right you can change the color - but only of the right hand side one.  Other hubbers report they get increased sales by using a solid block of amazon.

         thanks travelespresso - you make some really good points.  I've taken another look at the hub keeping you comments in mind and have to agree that it looks like it ends with the video.  I wonder if it would be better to break this hub up into two hubs - the first about upholstered headboards and the second about all other types... what do you think?

            Sorry edelhaus, I missed this post.
            
            I've had another look at your hub and it could be made into two hubs quite easily.  I'm not sure of your word count though.  You probably need 500 + words for each hub.  More is better, I believe.
            
            If you have that many words or can expand your text then I suggest you do make two hubs and then link them.  You can do that by grouping them - see the box on the right hand side of your hub.
