3 doses of that should sort the rest of your day out for you !  big_smile

China girl drinks about half pint of warm water with a dash of honey straight down no stop - she claims it cleans her through.  The fact that she is healthy, regular with never any health issues may not be the direct result of that but the whole eating healthy meals of mostly veg and rice with a little meat, and eating 'for the weather' etc may do, along with the honey and water smile

Wow! I feel plain jane drinking water or coffee first thing in the morning compared to all these other interesting answers, aloe vera drink, cactus juice, milo or prune juice. I might have to see what I'm missing out on.

For some reason the only drink I like to take my meds with is orange juice so that is the first thing I do in the morning. After that it's a few cups of coffee then water for the rest of the day.

...I wake up, stretch, yawn...crawl out of bed, head to the bathroom to take a "pee." Then I stumble to the kitchen and pour myself a big, cold glass of "distilled" water to replace what I just got rid of.  Yawnnnnnn...........

Pepsi.  But I really do love the smell of coffee brewing. I hate when my wife decides to hit Starbucks or the McDonalds drive through instead of making her own. I always try to buy her really awesome blends to try to get her to make it in the mornings, but convenience too frequently outstrips my olfactory desires. (sigh)

I can't imagine drinking water as soon as I get up in the morning...I would get soooo sick, lol.

We have to have good ol' coffee, strong as possible--we usually rob the pot before it's all the way done brewing, though. lol

For a long time I started the day with water. For half a year I often take a sip of Xango juice before I drink water.
