   I´m thinking in opening an online casino!
   If you are a gambler maybe you could give me some advices about it...

      Seeing as all the really big real life casinos also have a very strong web presence, I doubt very much if there is any need for more!
      Also remember that if you go ahead, you can make NO LINKS on your hubs of your other website, as that is against Adsense TOS. You will also not be allowed to use Adsense on your site.
      And you would need to have enough money behind you to pay out the jackpot on the very first day your casino opens. That is the luck of the draw - somebody might win.

      of course not...
      casinos are places to have fun... like discos...
      of course it is a business too!!! a great business.
      I know i´ll spend a lot of money investing on it and in publicity too and of course I want to have profits with an online casino.

   I assume the first stop would be getting a gaming license. I have also heard that online gambling is illegal in the US.

   I find it very difficult to believe anyone could “lose millions”  in an online gaming operation.  The only place to establish a gambling business is outside the US.  Most are established in the Caribbean. Since that is the case, site operators are not really legally compelled to pay winners.
   
   I presume you're wanting US clients, right?
   
   In 2006, US gov’t passed a law that made funding offshore gambling accounts, and payouts,  for US citizens much more difficult.

   Those from the US who do still gamble with the “offshores” as they’re known, will usually deposit money now by Western Union (few other funding options). The places they choose to play are, predictably, very reputable, with a long established history of payouts.  Again, no legal recourse if site refuses to pay.  Every punter knows this…
   
   There are 4 types of operation: 1. Sportsbook  2. Casino games 3. Poker. 3. Horse betting (online I believe is legal in US)
