Greetings and a riddle for you all..
It is written that the Father has given all judgement to the Son.. It is also written that he who shows no mercy will recieve no mercy.. Therefore what will the Father do with his Son, who according the the teachings of the harlot church, will torture forever with no mercy the majority of men in this place called hell??
What would the Father do with such a merciless Son ???
Ummmm, give him christian followers?
I don't think anything could be worse. All those fine christian folk, forever screaming his name. Plus it would save the father from having to deal with so much stupidity.
That merciless son also has judged himself as guilty as those whom he condemn.
Because he too knew not the way nor the nature of the Father
and instead made for himself, from his own ignorance a father.
Jesus is God.
And He has given unimaginable mercy to everyone.
He continues to give us mercy.
He's giving you mercy right now.
I hope you appreciate it instead of delving further into blasphemous thoughts.
LOL
You tell 'em Brenda. I love it when an avowed adulteress goes around preaching to others what they should be doing. It vindicates my opinion of Christianity.
"Do as I say, not as I do. "
I'm once again very honored to be the object of your attention, Mark.
As you should be, Brenda. Who knows - you may even drop the hypocrisy one day. I am not holding my breath though..........
Yo, I'm on the side of the truth here.. God has sent his son to save the world not torture the world.. that's the whole point of the riddle.. the church can not reconcile their teachings with scripture !!!!
aye tend to agree with you on that Beelzedad.. humm .. what a name ...
Predestination overrides what is said in between what is to be and what is.
sometimes I wonder whether I am on an evangelical site or on HubPages.
The Father will do whatever he pleases. Since God has created all life then he alone makes decisions regarding what will be done to those lives. How often we talk about how cruel God is by providing judgment to hell while we remain oblivious to the evil that we do day after day, year after year, generation after generation. The evil that we do should be overlooked-(WHY?) God is telling us to stop the killing, torturing, murdering, lying, stealing and the rest however we are so self righteous we stand before the righteous and dictate to them what they should do.
We have been given an opportunity to change our ways and escape the penalty for our actions but we spit his offer back in his face. Well if you decide not to take door number one than door number two has been chosen for you.

How do you define the traits of a Christian?Anyone can claim to be a Christian. When you consider what that should mean, what do you look for to see whether or not its more than just a claim?

I haven't been on HP for very long, but I have read through quite a few of the threads on here...I often see someone who claims to be "Christian" saying that "this is wrong" or "that is wrong" based off of a quote from the OT. But yet, I hear also that Jesus died for...

It seems to me that we have gotten to the point, in the United States of America, where nothing is Just, but also, where nothing is Sacred. A random person can makeup a day/a date or dates, and then proclaim (better yet, have a President proclaim) its significance.I contend that as a result,...

There's a lot of going back and forth about how Christians are this that or another. Yet no one ever pins down exactly what specific belief it is that makes Christians delusional, or hateful or whatever. The fact is that not all Christians believe the same thing, and not even members of our own...
