I am not sure if i can use rticles on hubpages that i have used on other sites. Also can i use my hubpage articles to post to different sites?
No because it's duplicate content. You can use the same information, but you need to re-write it for the other site.
No, don't post articles on HubPages that are already published on other websites. It's not "illegal", but they will never do well and your Hubscore will always be low. Search engines don't like duplicate content, and on HubPages you earn your money through search engine traffic.
If you've written a new article on HubPages, you could then post it on other sites if you like - but make sure the other site doesn't mind. Also if it's a revenue sharing site, be aware that the same duplicate content problem applies.
I believe this is not allowed as explained here: http://hubpages.com/faq/
Contrary to the other answers in this thread, here's my take on it...
1) You're allowed to.
2) If it's published AFTER you've published it at HubPages it won't actually effect your HubScore.
3) It won't benefit you, as far as Search Engines are concerned. So you're better off ignoring points 1 and 2.
If you can rewrite it, then it'll go a long way in helping. Though if you were to write a new article from scratch, or indeed, take one point in your current article, focus on it and expand on it and then publish it elsewhere and link back to your hub, you'll be full of win.
Avoid linking identical articles. I believe that Search Engines will see it for what it's worth, and the reader isn't getting any value from clicking through, to see the same article that they've just read.

Or do they come and crawl? I notice my triangle tutorial has a 2016 date on it in their SERPS, even though it's been updated maybe 50 times since then. It's not a big deal because Bing traffic is such a small fraction of that from Google, but I'm just curious.

Is it alright to submit my published hub articles to ezinearticles? Does this break HubPages policy?I have checked ezinearticles policy - they are ok, so long as I can prove that I am the original author. I've also checked Google Webmaster Guidelines which says 'Duplicate content on a site is not...

Just curious, but does anyone have experience with this? How'd you do it? Did you tell Google the article moved somehow or do anything else fancy? Or did you just copy, paste, delete from HubPages, and wait for Google to catch up?Im guessing there might be some duplicate content penalties from...
