My 8-year old grandson was reading a book the other night. He stopped reading, closed the book, and the following conversation ensued:

Jonathan (looking intently into the eyes of his mom, Melissa) - Mom, I'm on crack.

Melissa - What?? What did you say??

Jonathan - I said that I'm on crack.

Melissa - What do you mean, you're on crack??

Jonathan - I left off on the word "crack" in my story. I want you to help me remember.

Evidently, it runs in the family. Jonathan's younger brother, Tristan (5 years old), also shocked his mom the other day. You know those Jib-Jab emails you get around Christmas? The ones where you add pics of your friends or family onto the bodies of dancing elves? Melissa made one with their entire family, and the boys loved it. It's called "Elf Yourself." Anyway, Tristan was bored, and he suddenly remembered the video. He kept saying, "Mom, I wanna F myself up!"

BTW, the two miscreants are now in my avatar pic.
