    I am residing in India. Can I apply for Amazon as a US locale.If Yes, What payment option is proper for me?

      You'll need to apply for Amazon using the addresss where you are located - which would be India.

      If you're worried about acceptance, Amazon has fairly light standards and most Indian and Asian applicants are accepted without a problem.

      Adsense is the difficult one and requires six months of work to be approved.

        I was created Amazon a/c with my blogger a/c. Can I use the same a/c for Hubpages? Is I  have to use a different Amazon a/c or a different tracker ID?

          Yes you would used the same account for both HubPages and for your blog account.
