We all hear people say; "I wish i had an extra set of hands, right now".
If you had an extra set of hands, what would you do with them?
I would stretch mine in to every room in the house and clean all the rooms, at the same time.
Given me plenty of time to go and do the things i enjoy  smile
I would love to hear hubbers thought's on the subject smile

Okay, I'll play- if I had an extra set of hands....

        Let's see...one hand could...

        Then the other hand could....

Then the other hand could be elsewhere...

Then the other hand could also be elsewhere....

Meaning? More pleasure for the woman in my possession at the time. tongue

Randy Godwin, Frogdropping and Cagsil  -  Hehehehehe   well i walked right in to that one smile    great laugh big_smile.   As for the cartoon aspect of the conversation, i was more of the Masters of the Universe fan.
My nickname "Skellie" originated from "Skeletor", on masters of the universe. Bit off subject but thought it was an interesting little bit of information.

      Thanks for your contribution smile

Well, getting serious again with the question..

Hmm....if I got extra sets of hands, I would still let the two old ones to do the job. And the new extra one to pat me on the back or massage me, and the other extra one to wipe out my sweat.
I thought that having something to compliment what I'm doing can boost my energy, thus making me more efficient to do a lot of work done. lol

Can I ask how you figured out 4 sets of hands, consider hands is a pair to begin with? A pair means two hands, so one set equals two. lol

It would be hard to put your jacket on when it was time to go home, even without shots.

Jackets usually have two armholes-- which would be hard to wear if you have four, or eight, arms.

Yes, a little bit of praise for your work, while you are working - great idea.
Bosses should hire people, to walk around and pat people on the back at work. That make people more efficient in the work place.   smile

Thanks for your great coments  smile

    What does an octopus do?
With extra hands for humans -- maybe an opportunity to learn piano while writing hubs? No, that would probably require two brains unless right and left hemispheres were totally dedicated to a task.

Not true Skellie, because that leads back to what someone else said about separation of the brain. Yes, the hands to do small things without much thought, like dusting and wiping, but when it comes to thoughts and hand working, such as typing, then 8 hands would still only get to work on one hub at a time. tongue

        1. skellie profile image73
skellieposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Mmmm  it would depend on whether or not, your hemispheres worked together.  I know my don't!  lol big_smile
I can't even get my feet to work together at times - such a clutz lol big_smile
Boy, would i be in strive with that many hands. I would probably become all tangled around myself  smile

One pair to take care of baby, eat, drink, all that fun stuff -- while the other pair continue their work on tweaking my hubs and catching up with writing and transcription.

Absolutely, can always use an extra set of hands, when dealing with a baby.

      Thanks smile
