Usually totally unrelated or even totally unlike your Hub, they will show a large list. The message will say we, think that your Hub might be a duplicate of one of the below.
I know mine are mine and just go straight to the box at bottom, and swear originality. I just can't figure, that half the time they would be unlikely to even have the same keywords.

I have noticed the ones Digg things are like the site we are submitting are only remotely related.  A few times it presented a few sites that were about completely different topics.

    Hello fellow artist.
No I am fed up all my Hubs take forever to load onto Digg, and when I get there they are all totally different subject matter, I can't even see any relativity, between keywords, and everytime I have to swear an oath, that it is original....
It is irritating because you have to look at them all just in case.
    Just a moan
    Cheers

I agree, I don't usually get more than 7 Diggs on an item anyway...

Some of my hubs have done pretty good on Digg. It depends on the subject matter, and who you have as friends and fans. It takes time to build up that network, just like anywhere.
I have also found some great articles there to bounce off of. Things I might not have seen elsewhere unless I was specifically looking.

I agree, just can't figure how bad their gear must be.

"Possible duplicate" is also a way of getting you to view other entries.

Doesn't work with me I know mine is mine so just go straight to the I swear button, and hit it.

Don't understand the problem.  They don't say your hub is a duplicate, they say it might be a duplicate because some of the keywords might be the same.  Just to cover their backs which is only fair
