This moron Michelle Bachmann thought the shot that started the revolutionary war was fired in New Hampshire! Bawhhhaaaa! http://news.yahoo.com/s/dailybeast/1313 … Npc3N0b3A-

Oh yeah she's really stupid roll
She's a million times smarter than you. She's a lawyer and a congresswoman she fostered 23 kids and knows more about finance then you will ever know! She'd make a GREAT president and I'd vote for her in an instant!

With 23 foster kids, she sure knows about taking money from the "gangster gvt"!!

Let's see....weekly allowance, food, clothes, doctor care....one might even accuse her of partaking in a scam.
If it was a Dem, I'm sure one would.
It'd be on Rense.com; Democrat scams gvt by taking in foster kids. Story at noon. After the lead: Rich Mogul who wants to buy the presidency says Obama was not born here!
Story at 6, after mogul bathes in his money.

Hey Trump: You're Fired! Before you're hired.
Hey Bachmann: Give back the quarter mil you took for your farm!!!

Oh,, so the pro-choice side tells pro-lifers to put their money where their mouth is and take care of some of these children....someone like Michele Bachmann does exactly that and it's still not good enough for you.

          Can you smell the hypocrisy?

Well, we KNOW she took $250,000 for her family farm.
Maybe she used the foster kids as a selling point?
Given her self-serving attitude, it wouldn't surprise me.

The only moron here is you...Are you that blinkered and illiterate that the only noun you can come up with is dufus..?
I think you are just intimidated by strong, intelligent, conservative women...

If you want to point fingers at verbal miscues you may want to look at the clueless Biden. Better yet, here is a parody of Obama miscues by Sarah Palin, another strong,
      intelligent,conservative woman liberals fear:

" My fellow Americans in all 57 states, the time has changed for come. With our country founded more than 20 centuries ago, we have much to celebrate – from the FBI’s 100 days to the reforms that bring greater inefficiencies to our health care system. We know that countries like Europe are willing to stand with us in our fight to halt the rise of privacy, and Israel is a strong friend of Israel’s.  And let’s face it, everybody knows that it makes no sense that you send a kid to the emergency room for a treatable illness like asthma and they end up taking up a hospital bed. It costs, when, if you, they just gave, you gave them treatment early, and they got some treatment, and ah, a breathalyzer, or an inhalator. I mean, not a breathalyzer, ah, I don’t know what the term is in Austrian for that…"....
Sure makes Michelle look like a genius next to the empty suit that was locked out of the White House...What's the word for that..? Oh yeah, dufus...

Some evidence of how "smart" lol this whacko is:

''But we also know that the very founders that wrote those documents worked tirelessly until slavery was no more in the United States. I think it is high time that we recognize the contribution of our forbearers who worked tirelessly -- men like John Quincy Adams, who would not rest until slavery was extinguished in the country.''

''(Gay marriage) is probably the biggest issue that will impact our state and our nation in the last, at least, thirty years. I am not understating that.''

''That's why people need to continue to go to the town halls, continue to melt the phone lines of their liberal members of Congress, and let them know, under no certain circumstances will I give the government control over my body and my health care decisions.''
—Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN), a pro-lifer who completely missed the irony of using the same slogan as the pro-choice movement in arguing against health care reform

''Unfortunately, the Census data has become very intricate, very personal, a lot of the questions that are asked. I know for my family, the only question we will be answering is how many people are in our home. We won't be answering any information beyond that, because the Constitution doesn't require any information beyond that.''
—Michele Bachmann, announcing that she would be breaking the law by refusing to answer census questions, June 2009

I think it's easy to do just that.  Her screw ups are little differnt from Obamas.  Getting a historical location right and remembering that there are only 50 states should be easy, but when you spend that much time in the spotlight, you're going to make a few goofs.

If you are going to target Bachmann, then you need to be honest and admit that the Community Organizer has a few pretty good screw ups on his own resume.....

Of course if we are going to talk doofus, you have to mention Joe Biden.  Remember this guy is one heartbeat from the Presidency....

"Look, John's last-minute economic plan does nothing to tackle the number-one job facing the middle class, and it happens to be, as Barack says, a three-letter word: jobs. J-O-B-S, jobs."

"You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.... I'm not joking."

“John McCain is a personal friend, a great friend, and I would be honored to run with or against John McCain, because I think the country would be better off, be well off no matter who…”

"His mom lived in Long Island for ten years or so. God rest her soul. And- although, she's- wait- your mom's still- your mom's still alive. Your dad passed. God bless her soul."

"When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened." –Joe Biden, apparently unaware that FDR wasn't president when the stock market crashed in 1929 and that only experimental TV sets were in use at that time

"Stand up, Chuck, let 'em see ya." –-Joe Biden, to Missouri state Sen. Chuck Graham, who is in a wheelchair, Columbia, Missouri, Sept. 12, 2008

Can we have just ONE political thread that doesn't regress to "I know you are, but what am I?" within 3 posts?

The topic here is Michele Bachman.
Having read the posted historical misquotes and the linked article, it's clear MB gets her "facts" from the same source as SP. In fact, she probably read SP's two books. A lot of the same misinterpretations of the Constitution and early American history.

When your entire raison d'etre is based on what's in (or not in) the original Constitution and what our founding fathers intended for this country and what they stood for and accomplished, you really should have a solid understanding of these foundations.

    Michele Bachman is Palin redux.

BTW, there is a Concord in New Hampshire. And, since it is the capital, that is likely where Mrs. Bachman went on her visit. Concord, Mass. is not on the presidential hopefuls tour, so her gaffe is entirely understandable. Defensible? Not so much.

Combative or negative personal comments to people IF THEY ARE REPORTED are not tolerated apparently.

Some people work full time trying to goad others into a combative mode, some are just obnoxious all the time.  But best to ignore personal goading that falls short of actual combative words.

I don't mind some combativeness myself and I don't report attacks against me.  But bear in mind some people do.
