Okay, I am new to hubpages and this is my first hub.  I signed up for google adsense, pasted the unit code in my hub and obviously I am doing something wrong, because I don't see any google ads in my hub. Any suggestions? http://hubpages.com/hub/After-filling-o … ust-a-hoax

You might check "settings" in the "edit" mode of your hubs to see if the "ad level" is set on "high". smile

You don't need to paste any adsense units into your hubs (that's for people with their own websites) - adsense is already integrated into hubpages. All you need to do is put your adsense ID in here: https://hubpages.com/my/earnings/affiliate/

and link your hubpages and adsense accounts.

Thanks!  I think I have it!...I assume the same goes for Amazon...etc.  I removed the HTML and hope this is correct.

Glad you got it sorted smile

With amazon you have to add amazon capsules to your hubs (in edit mode) and select products to display either by pasting in the url or using relevant keywords.

It does now, however the hubpages ad program is inactive and when I click on it, it gives me a restricted message.  Is there something I am doing wrong with that?  Thanks for everyones help....greatly appreciated!

The HubAd program is currently activated on a roll-out basis to members.  Eventually it will be activated for all HP members.

I do see ads on your Hub, but it looks like you tried to post ads as an HTML box.  Under my account, earnings, connect your hub account with adsense.  That way the ads that are built in by Hubpages' desing will display your ads 60% of the time.
