I'm having trouble in the Profile section. The location box says I need to have more spaces. What does that mean? And how do I fix it?
And how do I write my artical, set up pages, and links.  Just lost. LOL.

I don't quite follow the Profile page problem.  But here's what I suggest about writing a Hub:

One of the first steps, and one of the most important, is to research keywords for your articles. There are many discussions in the forums (and information in the Learning Center) about doing that.

Then, when you are ready to write an article (a Hub), click on the link at the top of the page that says "start a new Hub."  That will walk you through the steps.

The title you give the Hub will automatically become its URL, unless you change the URL immediately.  Once established, the URL cannot be changed ever, but the title can be changed later.  You will have to choose a category and some tags for the Hub, and you will probably have to solve a Captcha.

When you get into editing mode, you will see some capsules - photo capsules will accept photos; you type your words into a text capsule (or copy-and-paste or cut-and-paste from a word processing file).  The capsules have several options that are very intuitive, if you will just experiment with them - things like bolding the font, creating a bulleted list, creating a block of text (quote) - that sort of thing.

The best way to learn is to read all you can in the Learning Center and FAQ's, browse Hubs by other people, and browse the forums - then start writing.

As far as the location box goes all you need to do is type in where you are or were born.

Starting a new hub.  Click on the "Start a new hub" tab on the top of your page.

Choose a title, category of your hub, tags for your hub, and a layout.  The layout can be changed during the edit phase.

Follow the directions until you get to the edit phase.  Click on the edit button on the text capsule and start writing.  Then click save.

Go to the top of the page and click preview to see what it will look like.  If you are satisfied then click on publish now.  If not then continue to edit or click "save unpublished" and come back to it later.

If you need further help, I recommend asking one specific question at a time, then we'll try to help you through it.

I know I was confused about how it worked for my first hub.

    Nora777, welcome to Hubpages!

Profile location box - Just type where you're from (city or state or country)

Creating a hub - just follow what Website Examiner and Duffy Duck have suggested.  The learning center is a good place to start.

I was also confused and at a lost when I did my first hub.  Is this why you have not published a hub for two months?  You're smart to come to forums and ask questions.  I didn't know about forums when I started.. everything was new to me.  I had to find my way all by myself. I wish you all the best here in HP.

Rosie, 92 hubs in 5 months, that's about 18 a month, one every other day - after a slow start, very impressive.
