Yep, many are suffering for the actions of a few, K!  I learned the hard way about content farms.  They are businesses which accept almost any content at first to build up their archives of web pages for the search engines to find.

So along with some well written researched articles there are also many more spammy hubs and duplicate content which also brings in money to the site.  As usual, greed overcomes practicality and the results are what we are seeing now on HP and many other content sites.

But this latest fiasco has taught many of us a valuable lesson.  Don't write for any site which allows obviously inferior content and start writing for your own site.  It takes a certain type of person to be able to ignore those who trust them with their work.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no lack of these types in the world of content writers.  I do not envy them in the least.  smile

I found these guys in my travels and I believe this and the fact that they remain on this site, not only endorses what you are saying but also the OP.

I am sure that this is a Purrrrfect example of how to best insult the intelligence of legitimate site writers. Who is Earning of this Trash?

        - Interestingly Every One of these 'articles' contain 100's of intentionally embedded Links!
Many of them also are Full of Links similar to those that were found on the Recently Stolen Content from HP.
        - Such 'Comment' Linking is one of the primary reasons why many of the Auntie hubs are published here!
They act as solid link platforms and secretly coded (via personal contact details) mail boxes for large groups of commercial raiders!
Seems these sort of electronic highways are great free communication systems, as they remain active and online 24/7.
        - Under the Radar!
        - Think I am talking Rubbish? You follow the bouncy balls and see what you find!
        - But You MUST Look Beyond What You Consider to be the Obvious!
        - It is quite a simple road to follow hmm
        - Well - It is at least as simple to follow as it is to answer the question:
        - WHY ARE THEY HERE?
