I am getting very low traffic and almost no adsence, horrable...This is the worst its been since I first started here....
Yep, many are suffering for the actions of a few, K! I learned the hard way about content farms. They are businesses which accept almost any content at first to build up their archives of web pages for the search engines to find.
So along with some well written researched articles there are also many more spammy hubs and duplicate content which also brings in money to the site. As usual, greed overcomes practicality and the results are what we are seeing now on HP and many other content sites.
But this latest fiasco has taught many of us a valuable lesson. Don't write for any site which allows obviously inferior content and start writing for your own site. It takes a certain type of person to be able to ignore those who trust them with their work.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no lack of these types in the world of content writers. I do not envy them in the least.
I found these guys in my travels and I believe this and the fact that they remain on this site, not only endorses what you are saying but also the OP.
I am sure that this is a Purrrrfect example of how to best insult the intelligence of legitimate site writers. Who is Earning of this Trash?

- Interestingly Every One of these 'articles' contain 100's of intentionally embedded Links!
Many of them also are Full of Links similar to those that were found on the Recently Stolen Content from HP.
- Such 'Comment' Linking is one of the primary reasons why many of the Auntie hubs are published here!
They act as solid link platforms and secretly coded (via personal contact details) mail boxes for large groups of commercial raiders!
Seems these sort of electronic highways are great free communication systems, as they remain active and online 24/7.
- Under the Radar!
- Think I am talking Rubbish? You follow the bouncy balls and see what you find!
- But You MUST Look Beyond What You Consider to be the Obvious!
- It is quite a simple road to follow
- Well - It is at least as simple to follow as it is to answer the question:
- WHY ARE THEY HERE?
Hope you don't mind me rubbing up against your letterbox - I had to fan you because I quite like the leftovers I found since I last called!
Chicken tonight maybe?

*Be Nice*Wow, some really big sweeping reforms going on here, Mass Author Exodus, Confusion abounds , but its hard to keep track of all of it.The Panda bite has apparently led HP to believe that it is allergic to many of you! I would like to hear more about the individual treatment many are...

I don't know, maybe this is just a disgruntled Rant by myself, alone.I call myself a Writer. By default, this makes me a Reader. And, as someone who has the arrogance to think I am good enough to call myself a writer and a reader, I have opinions, on my works as well as the works of others. So, with...

"Writers write - Sites that want to exploit writers need to do the marketing and promotions, as well as PAY the writers for their product."From WillStarr:Bingo! It would benefit both parties if each did what they do best...writers should write, and the internet gurus (at HP) should then...

I'm sorry if this post offends anybody, but I am really getting tired of people who basically are non English speakers showing up, throwing a hub together without expending any effort to read the forums or the learning center to find out what they should be doing, and then asking for help to...

Anyone here used to write for Suite101? They've gone through a number of permutations and seem now to have disappeared altogether. It's not just casual interest; I'm trying to track down why the income has stopped (that'll always make a writer pay attention!) I'm a former writer for...

I feel concerned that the reason google may prefer ehow as opposed to hubpages, is because there is an abundance of poetry and short stories. I am not by any means saying that those who publish the short stories and poetry are not good, but they are not usually searchable or high market. I...
