I notice he's banned. His one hub deleted before I even got to read it.

On the other hand, my favorite spam lady is back. (I can't figure out how to link to the YouTube video but search "Monty Python and spam". ) Anyhow, I'm not sure if I liked it better before or not. At least, Anon didn't wallpaper the forum with inane posts, just wingnut comments.

Oh well, RIP with TK, MadameX, wetwistthesetruths and all the others. We miss you.

Actually while weholdthesetruths banning didn't come as much of a surprise, anon's does. He was forthright but rarely openly offensive in his posting, certainly no more so than others not banned!
I wonder if there is some other reason he was banned?

What is with you? All actions have consequences, as do they have reactions. You continue to open threads, based on hubbers who are either banned or dormant in the forums. Maybe, they leave of their own choice, learning the overall lesson that things will not change online, regardless of their actions.

Maybe, some choose to go away and maybe, some attempt to write articles and fail to produce quality worthy of publication. Why open a thread on each and every single one of them.

    It makes no sense.

Why haven't I been banned??   They totally changed their hub policy after I published one of my Hubs about the health care law.   Wouldn't let me publish another in same vein about hidden land grab.

I'd like to recommend a good forum for any of you who might like a change.  Give it a look.

I sort of got tired of this forum because it is more slappy slappy and less actual discussion.   None are perfect.

SN53Anon was accused of racism. He was banned and his hub unpublished. No hearing. No comment. No justice. But the left did get what it wanted. He was silenced. Who is next?

You seem to know rather a lot! Should we all say "Hi sn53Anon"?

I didn't notice him being too strong on hearings and justice.

I do indeed know a great deal about him. He got me started here.
John, do you agree with banning people whose views are different from yours? I spent my first two weeks here researching and writing one hub with a second one well underway.

I wanted to read what was said. I did. You were fair. But so was he.
You can always lobby to have him back. He can read but cannot respond.

Of course I don't agree with banning those with different views, I'd be awfully lonely if I did.

      He was gratuitously offensive.

I have not seen any evidence he was banned for his views. My guess is he has (had) multiple accounts. I seem to recall he implied that in one comment.

I have been banned multiple times, as many liberals on HP forums have. We don't nurse persecution complexes, however.

Permanently banned? Apparently not. He was.

Is there a problem with having multiple accounts? I have been considering it. I have several deep areas of expertise. It would help me to segment the market if I had three or four different accounts. I would match each area up with just one identity. I was thinking about the branding issue.
