Low scoring hubs usually is accompanied by low traffic. Maybe they are just badly written, no keywords or SEO,uninteresting, etc.
What do you do with Hubs - Edit them, or Eliminate and rewrite

I'd give them all 12 months Peter before deciding to delete them, some hubs take longer to mature than others. You can add content, pictures or change the title if you wish, but make sure your keywords remain.
After a year if they are still poorly performing despite your efforts make a decision on what to do with them. That said, I have deleted a few of mine recently, but I knew they were poor hubs and wouldn't add anything to my portfolio.

I try to review anything that has low traffic on a regular basis.  Maybe change the title, add content, freshen up.

Doesn't work but it stops me chewing my nails.

I do the same. Stops me from murdering the parrot. smile

Seriously Peter I would not delete anything for a while. I am getting income since the panda from what were dead hubs while my leading hubs have been getting belted, so it looks like a choock raffle to me at the moment.

I am still pulling very good add clicks from all sorts of old hubs, just not the same ones as before. Over all down at the moment though. smile

I have reported this tosser's profile. smile

Can I just point out that when the said tosser has been removed it will appear you have reported my profile.  This could lead to an element of confusion, although it might increase my traffic briefly.

                  Hi
Can I get a clue as to what you guys are discussing? What is a Tosser and how did it crop up here?
                  always trying to learn.

Oh lol... sorry Peter.  A tosser is UK, and presumably Australian slang for someone who er self abuses - it is a rude comedic obscenity.  Earnest and I temporarily bonded over the word - it brings people together.

When I was new I used to delete anything under a 50, thinking it would drag the other stuff down.  But then I realised three things:
1] Each hub stands (or not) in its own right, so one with a low score (which might be genius, but has low traffic) won't make a difference.
2] It might have its day when it matures and, come 2 years' time, could prove to be my best hub ever (unlikely, but fingers crossed)
3] It actually requires effort - and minimising effort is something that's close to my heart.

So now I just leave 'em.  Write 'em and leave 'em.

    Thx Earner-
But I'd rather be more proactive in editing.
Do we have a forum here where people will review hubs and suggest edits?

In the Hub Makeover forum you can even post a link to your Hub and get others to make suggestions.

I now believe that the more hubs you have , the better, in sofar as they're not spam.

The web and search engine algo's are a moving target and a constant refrain is the need to experiment, and for me this is best done with fresh webpages and re visiting and adjusting old articles

I have very little traffic so it ain't working terribly well for me right now smile

    Yet hope remains smile

Rewrite them if possible. wink Try not to lose hubs, whenever possible.
