Are we allowed to join other sites, that market your website?
I think for this type of answer you should read Hub-pages Rules or better you should contact their administrator to know your queries.
What do you mean exactly, Misty? Give us some examples.
There are websites designed to create fake visitors (e.g. members FB like each other's websites, or click on each other's ads). That's "illegal" according to Google, and if you're caught using them, you're liable to be banned from revenue-sharnig sites like HubPages, and you may lose your Adsense account.
I am asking as my work is for world evolution, I do not want to make mistakes that can ban me.
I HAVE NOT, put any address or my name to it, that is why if the background or any that know the answer, please check it out.
Its called, PR WEB - Powerful marketing for websites.
You have to sign up on the initial page, this is why I have NOT.
Being new, if i can't find the answer straight away, I would rather ask here. Thankyou

Well, that’s nice, very nice. I haven’t got a clue of what I did wrong. And after filling in the online appeal form they told me they had reviewed my account information, taken my feedback into account, but still had concluded that my AdSense account has posed a significant risk. And I have no idea...
