Will Avram Grant ever be employed again in the English Premier League?

    So West Ham is now relegated and Avram Grant has been sacked....he has been with a couple of different teams with modest success to say the least. He doesn`t seem to be the most enthusiastic or charismatic manager ever, but he does seem like a very genuine person.....After his recent run at Upton Park would he be employed again in the EPL?

      Lets hope not! he has got his last 2 teams relegated, at Chelsea he inherited a great side and at the time and I felt he was unfairly sacked, however the team pretty much managed to run itself, I believe that when he come to Chelsea there was some thing amiss with his coaching badges? perhaps he rushed himself through the courses and never learnt the basics of being a Manager? he should try at the lower leagues to gain some respect.

    Avram Grant is a nice guy possibly to nice allowing the players to pretty much have the power over the club.  As nice as he is he is not of Premier League standard as far as managment goes, what had he done to get the Chelsea job? never mind West Ham.  They seem to think he will be going back to Chelsea as some sort of Director of Football.

    Hopefully not or he'll destroy another great team in the process. Seems like being a manager is not his strong point..

    Yea, he's not suitable to manage a top flight team, probably the lower divisions. Or better yet, a technical role might suit him better.
