      Only heard about recently with his involvement in Coles 2011 marketing campaign, but I like what I've seen so far. He's a big hit with the ladies that's for sure!

   I like Rick Stein, most of all. That is because I am a passionate sea fisherman and love the way he stands up for the preservation of seafood and the simplicity of the ways in which it should be cooked.
   
   There are a few others that I respect, Mr Ramsay included, but Rick is the top man for me.

   Without a doubt it's Jacques Pepin. He not only knows all of the classic techniques, he makes them easy to understand and removes the snobbery. His low-key teaching approach can help anyone become a good cook.

   Ina Garten the Barefoot Contessa.
   She has fabulous recipes and I love seeing her house in the Hamptons and all her fun friends come over. And her relationship with her darling hubby Jeffrey!
