Are you having difficulties discovering who you are? Is life not what you would have love it to be? Are you bored or depressed?
Whatever it is you don't know about yourself and your life, share it here and you'll get the answer you never thought about.
I know many people really don't think about why they are living in this world. Whatever you do there is a purpose for it...Discover that purpose here if you are not aware of it.

I think you need to see a shrink, either that or stick to the medication he/she has already prescribed.

I think the issue is much more deeper than what it look on the surface, it is a soul searching question from someone who really want to know the meaning of this life we all live.
The reason is simply because of so many unanswered questions about life.
        Who really am i?

If you don't know who you are by now, then I suggest formal therapy.

Better still, take long walks.  Be alone with yourself.  Tolerate the silence.  Unplug.

In short, simply BE with yourself (BY yourself), in order to KNOW yourself.  Then, after this, you will be more worthy of being known by others.

A formal therapy isn't a bad idea, but you will agree with me that a larger chunk of humanity know little or nothing about self realization.
Being  inquisitive is a big plus for those who have attained that level of consciousness.
When you know who you are, what about your purpose in life? This is even a bigger question......We are here to help.

I suggest otherwise - be with people, socialise, interact. People's atitude towards you will show you who you are. In order to know yourself you have to do something not just sit in the corner picking at your real or imaginary faults; you don't need therapy, - life is the best therapy.

I feel very underaccomplished in a lot of ways and have been considering entering counseling as a result. I feel there may be a subconscious issue that causes a lot of these problems of mine to persist.
