I never thought about it, but I've got a few where the comments are starting to get pretty long, and I'm noticing that a few people have theirs so the last one is on top.
Now this may be one of those moot toilet paper roll over or under things (I'm sure we're all in the "over" camp. After all, we're not savages.)...
... but nonetheless, I thought it might just be best to do whatever most people naturally expect.
So, which are you? A top or a bottom?
I didn't know there was a choice. Mine just add to the bottom. Now you got me thinking.
You can choose your preference when you publish your hub by making changes to the individual hub's comments capsule. I never make the change (to newest first) because I generally find it's easier to follow a thread from top to bottom than vice versa. A lot of people read the comments immediately following the hub, and it almost becomes an extension of the hub itself. It seems that newest comments first would interrupt the flow.
I mean, it would be as silly as placing the toilet paper on the roll to pull from under. Who does that!?
That's fine by me. Top to bottom it is, or oldest to latest. And I'm with you on the toilet roll thing.
Of course, as a consummate professional, I would never be swayed by the fact that it also just happens to be the path of least resistance.
As for the toilet paper. I can't be bothered anyway. I have interns for that kind of thing. (The wiping, not the hanging. I do, of course, have to make sure it's feeding from the top. I'm not psycho, after all.)
One shudders to think that such savagery even exists in this day and age.
Soap? Wow, you know something about everything.
I have a bunch of questions about top 10 lists. Any idea where I might find some answers?
Lol. First off Greg let me explain something. I don't want to find you funny. You see - I'm funny. Two comics in the room never works out. But damn you, you are (quite) funny. If you like that sort of thing.
On the subject of top tens, I have absolutely no idea where you might find such a thing.
I can't stand a smart a$$ personally.
You're more funny LOOKING though, and I'm more of a serious journalist, so there's room for all kinds.

Which way should a toilet paper roll be put "on"? Over the top? From the bottom? Does it matter? Some say, that the way a person treats his or her toilet paper roll, explains a lot about their personality. I for one, insist on going over the "top", and will even...

What do you think of getting one-word comments? How do you feel when you get one-word comments on your hubs? I can't decide. I'm really pleased people bother to comment at all, but at the same time much prefer getting longer comments. I don't think I've ever left only a one-word comment on a hub or...

Do you peel a banana from the top (stem end) or bottom? They are so much easier to peel if you peel from the bottom, like monkeys do!

All of my earnings across all platforms are up 8.92% from October 2010. Just considering HP, I'm up 5.1%. This is my second January on HP and my earnings have increased from January to January by 411%. This is how I judge whether or not my business is growing. On new platforms I expect to see...

Okay, not actual robots.I have a hub about how my mom got into this company called Melaleuca and basically how hard it was for her to get out of a contract that she was in (one that she never heard, read, or signed.)Anyway, it's just a story, really. The comments you see on it are comments that I...
