It's summer, and thank goodness for it.  Now we have full clearance to go swimming, rafting, surfing, sailing, and splashing about.  Seeing as 'tis the season for shoreline adventures, K9keystrokes had the brilliant idea of making that our newest Weekly Topic Inspiration subject!

This week, we challenge you to write Hubs on all sorts of summer vacations and activities centered around water- be it in oceans, lakes, rivers, ponds, or very large puddles!

Some keywords to play with: fun water sports, kids water activities, learn about water, summer lakes, summer on the lakes, summer lake rentals, lake country oregon, lake placid summer, summer lake resort, summer lake homes, summer lake apartments, lake tahoe activities in summer, summer river party, summer rivers, summers at the river, summer on the river, best family summer vacation, activities on water, activities to do in the summer, camp water activities, camp water games, camping games and activities, camping games for kids,  big bear lake, cabin lake tahoe, cabins on the lake in michigan

These, of course, are only a couple of suggestions based on some basic poking around using the Google Keyword tool.

You can do your own poking around quite easily - here's how

And of course, before possibly choosing one of these to use in a title or address as a subject, check out the competition by googling it and seeing if there are already high quality exact matches big_smile

If you'd like to join in on this week's topic by writing a Hub, follow these steps:

    1)    Click here to visit this week's topic.
    2)    Click the green button "answer this question".
    3)    Click the gray button below the box (leave that empty) that says "make a Hub about it."
    4)    Give your Hub a very specific title, like Easy Summer Gardening Projects for Kids or Challenging Summer Activities for Teens
    5)    Create good quality original content that hasn't been covered before.
    6)    After you publish your Weekly Topic Inspiration Hub, come back to this forum thread and post a link to your Hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why.

For more information on the Weekly Topic Inspiration program, check out the Learning Center guide.

Major props to K9keystrokes for putting this week's topic together.  But daaang... now all I want to do is go splash about in the sun!
