   the author believes that according to the pic women are being held against there own wishes to worship as they are in periods i wanna know is it true  that  women that in periods are forced not to worship against their own  wishes

   From reading the article, it appears Islam doesn't allow the girls on their period to participate in the prayer. Islam calls them unclean.  I doubt if non participation is against their religion.

      from what i heard is that she is excused from prayers and don't need to pray at all which is not the same when we ejaculate cause we have to pray later

            I think the answer to that, from your perspective, would be no. These girls probably buy into the belief that they are unworthy to worship during that time of the month. They probably cheerfully and dutifully sit on the bench. That mentality will get a from the rest of us and an article; similar to your link.

   From what I have learned and read concerning this subject; menstruating women are not allowed in mosque and only permitted to listen to the khutbah and not participate during this time of "uncleanliness". and the same goes for those who are "unclean" following sexual activity.(junub/janaaba)

            yes. for both men and women. and you are correct. they must bathe ( good for the day) or if on travel can use sand as an alternate means of cleaning (good for single prayer only).

      The practice really is not that uncommon among many tribal cultures either,but it doesn't always equate to spirituality as people are quick to assume.
      
      For example the New Zealand Maori (that's me) do not allow menstruating women near any worksites,including renovations on their Marae's (meeting /dining areas).
      
      It is based on hygiene and safety to mother and child.

         I was just answering the question at hand. Islam does not allow menstre woman to participate in prayers. It is just part of the belief system.
