I created a hub with no video or picture with almost only content and it is now in the 60's.
I posted another hub and added video, picture to make it more interesting and the score keeps going down.
So adding video or pictures bring the score down?
Thanks
Ruben
You have to give the hub a chance to score, first of all. all hubs stay low at first but thumdbs up ratings and views make it go up over time. Your hubs are a little on the short side, adding to them may help--with text and original content. I have never found pictures or videos to cause hubscores to go down. Anytime you add to a hub to make it more appealing, you will see results. Keep in mind you are talking about some controversial stuff, so be aware you may get some thumbs down from people who don't agree.

Pretty much without exception my Hub score will drop two, three or more points within an hour or two of first posting a Hub. Then it gradually, eventually goes up again. For example, today, March 31, 2011, I posted a Hub and my score dropped like a rock three points. I don't understand this. I...

I took a hiatus for awhile from Hub Pages! However, in the past week or so, I have added new hubs participated in forums, asked a question or two, participated with the Hub Hopper, have read some Hubs, yet my Hubber Score is lower than it was when I was doing nothing. I don't get it!

I've heard to disregard that but I'm still a little curious. Honestly I don't know how the score is even decided but those of you that have a lot of followers or have been able to make money, what is your average score per article?Thank you!

It is advantageous to delete one's own low scoring hubs that have little traffic. I figure getting rid of the low score would increase the average of the rest of one's hubs. What do you think?

My Hubber Score has been very stable in the mid 90's (94 to 96) for at least a year. In the last few days since I published a new hub it has been dropping, and it is now down to 90. Also in the week since I published my new hub, I've been more active on HP with respect to getting comments and...
