   "Three times I asked the lord to remove this thorn from my flesh.The lord answered saying...My Grace is sufficient for you".
   What Was Paul's thorn in the Flesh?

      A better question ought to be "what does My Grace is sufficient" mean?
      Answer that, and the other doesn't matter.
      
      But, to answer your question, it could have been several things.
      One suggestion is it was a demonic tormentor.
      Another one I heard of is he had issues with his eyes. (don't remember what scripture reference they used for that on).
      A third one is some physical condition that "slowed him down".
      Anyway, the point I make is that it really doesn't matter. Paul went on with God's answer of sufficient grace!

         The full sentence is "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"
         
         I think you need to include it all in any interpretation.

      In the progress of a man spiritual walk he grows daily in realisation of himself.
      which each revelation he draws closer to the reality of oneness and total unity of His father....at which point he is considered as   one ascended and is able to pick up or lay down the flesh at his will.
      
      the only hinderance to such enlightenment is the lack of more realisation....and though one will continue to seek, he is not able to see because there is still a purpose to His remaining a little longer in the flesh.
      
      though he desire and yearns to move on, it is his same agitation is actually his hindrance as is present in the writers words....
      
      Bit when he finds rest this is when realization comes and vice versa.
      so we see pauls thorn is that which he has created o himself for himself...and if he would rest in the knowledge of his perfection then the the reality of it would be realised.

   The scripture doesn't specify and in terms of the lesson it doesn't really matter.  Basically its about how God isn't going to fix stuff for you just because you ask.

   PAUL knows that thorn will always disturb the spiritual walk.
   He wants the pure and undisturbed walk.He prayed for to remove the only one thorn which disturbed him.
   
   Not Every body can see the thorn and pray for to remove.
   
   MAY BE THE THORNS ARE..
   1.Do not think and imagine what ever we want.
   2.Do not use our eyes for sex and lust.
   3.Do not eat more for our taste.
   4.Do not violate our blood as we want.
   5.Do not allow our hands and legs to do the things what ever we want.
   
   one who can able to find-out the thorns in flesh means that he is a spiritual man.
