One of my hubs is not working:

    http://hubpages.com/hub/How-I-got-my-hu … first-page

As it got more comments on it, it began to load slower and slower - Now I cannot get it to load at all. Is it possible to have too many comments?

I can't get it to load properly and it locks up my browser now.

    Thanks.

    Mark,

It loaded for me no problem (Firefox), and I was able to place comment, too...

Weird - I cannot get it to load. All my others are fine - just this one.

Nope - I just tried again and it will not load for me.

I wonder if the logged in author sees a different version?

LOL Jeez, I just spent $3000 on a top of the line macbook pro LOL

It's weird - I log out and I can load it. When I am logged in as me - it dies.

Speaking of Macs , they have really great performances and the design is just the best , they are a bit cheaper in the stores where I live tongue but still around 2300$  I might get one this summer big_smile hopefully. Also Mac desktops are a good choice ! big_smile big_smile

What browser are you using?  I was able to load your hub signed in as you, using firefox on a pc.  I can try it out on a mac if you tell me which browser.  Unfortunately, I don't have a brand new $3000 mac book pro so the test won't be perfect.

    LOL

Firefox - it's only this hub though and it loads OK in Camino but I don't like to use that unless I must. I only tried it to see.

I am sure your $3,000 PC will replicate the test just fine. smile

Or you could try a macbook air - they're really thin.http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/7055/rofl2xs3.gif

I haven't spent more than about $700 on a personal computer in years.  Fortunately there are some people with nice macs here in the office, so I'll see if I can figure out what is happening.

It works perfect for me on Camino on my CoreDuo Macbook.  smile

Maybe clear your cache and try again?

How do you like darkside's smilies?

Hey Mark, this is completely off topic but what exactly do you do to use those smilies...I've tried and can't seem to make them work.
They're just so gosh, darn cool that I want to play too smile

Oh and I just checked your hub. I'm on a suped up Mac G5 with Firefox and your page loaded but then my computer froze (usually it's lightning fast). Then I couldn't use my back button and had to close the browser and start again.

      So the mystery continues.

Interesting - I am only having a problem in Firefox and only with that hub, Paul? Any ideas yet?

Check the forum thread for smilies for Mark - there are loads there.
