Article 3 section 3 defines treason as against the United States as, levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
As I pointed to in an article, Obama still has ties to Bill Ayers as Ayers on Video claims he wrote Obama’s book and Ayers also believes the Pentagon is a terrorist organization and is still working against the US.  CEO of General Electric was appointed by President Obama to chair President Obama’s council on jobs and competitiveness. In August of 2011, GE’s CEO and Chairman of President Obama’s council entered a deal passing along U.S aviation technology to China as part of a joint venture with the state-owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China.  Obama also on tape says the Constitution is flawed.

They probably have attorneys who give legal opinions. I would be careful reading right wing rags. Most of their ranting comes to nothing.

If anything, the biggest threat to mainstreet USA is the housing bubble that the hedge funds and the Tea Party leaders want to blow before 2020.

I wonder, are they the same attorneys that gave legal advice to the constitutional law professor in chief on the unconstitutional mandate to buy health insurance?

Yes he is guilty.  But seeing as how that's the argument he openly campaigned on (changing the fundamental basis of America and twisting the Constitution), then his followers are also guilty (those who knew, who heard his intent and yet still put him in power, not those who were mis-led).   But yes it's his responsibility.   But apparently all of Congress are either his folloowers or are gutless wimps afraid to call him out on the carpet for it.  As are most citizens.

He's at least guilty of being a useful idiot, but treason? I don't know... could we waterboard him and get him to confess? Lol

Treason, really?? I'm not an Obama fan, but I don't think his actions are treasonous. I honestly think he means well but is in over his head and isn't really sure what to do at this point. And no, I'm not a liberal, nor did I vote for Obama. In fact, I hope the GOP chooses someone I can support.

I don't care who the GOP puts up! There is NO WAY to justify 4 more years of Obama! Talk about voting AGAINST your own self interest, such an action couldn't be more so!

You sound like a friend of mine. I hadn't talked to her in a long time, so I decided to call her on Labor Day. She said she and her hubby were voting for ABO - anybody but Obama. The economy has hit her hard. She's a teacher, and she's forced to take 10 furlough days this year. I think last year it was 5.

Yeah, I'd say we solved this one pretty quickly.  All that's left to decide is firing squad, lethal injection, hanging....

Seating himself as the head of the United Nation Security Council while in office is treasonous!

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

All that would have been required was to get permission from Congress.  Did he?

Genreally LMC, each time you get banned, all you need to do is go back and look at your posts of the last 2 days, a name will become evident. When you said about the alter after I guessed it was you, it was easy to figure out.

This place is so full of misguided rage; I guess it must be so very satisfying for ignorant people to read and wallow in it.

When a hub gets a jaw-dropping title like this one has (especially after an arrogant bunch like the Bushies actually did commit treasonous acts), curiosity has to get the better of any thinking person—if only to see how low and petty someone can go. I call it the irritainment-factor.

Then I try to find my compassion and sense of humor and then a bit of satire to compensate for the annoyance.

"it is worth noting that President Obama and Democrats created more jobs in 2010 than George W. Bush did in his eight year reign of economic malfeasance. From Bush’s first month in office until December of 2009, the economy added 1 million jobs, but in 2010 alone the economy added at least 1.1 million jobs"

        http://www.politicususa.com/en/obama-gop-job-creation

Also gave me a tax cut(deferral?). Also is bringing troops home, Iraq "war" is over. Saved Unemployed from penniless existence, though it cost him his promise not to extend the Bushco tax give-aways to the rich.

CHIPS re-enstated. "Obamacare" predicted to save trillion in the LONG RUN.....as told by the CBO.

        MLK honored in the WH.

Veterans given attention--Shinseki as Vet adm.

Clean-up of rural area ruined by industry...left to rot by Big Business and Bushco.

Meeting coffins with a salute at afb.....when there was a black-out on pictures of American dead since 2003.

So much I appreciate, and it all gets drowned out by the Bagger-Bots. "Socialism", "america-hater", "america-destroyer".....it makes me sick.

In my mind, the talk goes something like this:

HW Bush: "You love your children Obama, want to see them reach a ripe old age? You will do nothing about my sons' administration."

Too bad they forget there is Higher Power in charge. Too bad enough people around the world NEVER bought that crap stroy of 19 men in caves overwhelming the most powerful military on Earth.

That is what always sticks in my head...the people jumping. And waving white flags from windows.....makes me burn with sadness and rage.
Then, after they stopped showing it, CNN would always show the burning towers and play that Enya song...and I knew they were doing it to mess with people's minds.

Whatever....those a-holes can do whatever they want....

Yes, the president is guilty of treason: George W Bush.
Or, if he was unaware, then it was Cheney's baby....with help.

We will know soon, of that I have little doubt.
