      I don't see why they would need to publish books to "destroy" Palin.   I've heard her speak and only people of low intelligence could fail to notice she's poorly educated and ignorant.

      nothing... at all.
      
      In fact, the author of the article just said "the statements can't be proven beyond a doubt", which really isn't that uncommon for book writers.
      
      Nothing in the article at all showed that the author of the book lied.

         "No one has ever provided factual evidence that: a) Todd had sex with a hooker, or with anyone else outside his marriage. b) Sarah had an affair with Brad Hanson, or anyone else. c) Track was a druggie who enlisted in the army to avoid a jail term. Or that he vandalized Wasilla school buses. d) Willow was involved in the vandalism of the empty house in Meadow Lakes. Or that Sarah rushed back from Hawaii to put the lid on that. e) Trig is not Sarah’s natural born child. f) Bristol was promiscuous as a high schooler and drank and used drugs, or became pregnant again after Trip's birth"
         
         So he published tawdry gossip without even secondary sources to confirm it and did so knowingly. If you don't want to call them "lies", fine, but you certainly can't give them any credibility

      Her becoming President would be no avengement I would want to see exacted in my lifetime.
      
      As to the author of this literary piece of gutter trash, I saw him interviewed on another show and he really does have no proof for anything he wrote. It was all "I heard...", "someone said...", "people were saying...", "the story was..." and so on.
      
      He all but admitted it was nothing but page upon page of malicious gossip and he did admit that he didn't believe some of it himself but wrote it down anyway because someone else said it, or believed it and therefore it deserved to be repeated apparently!
      
      It sounds like a book of unfounded rumors, wild gossip and attempted character assassinations. I'm not a fan of Palin or the right wing (in fact I probably couldn't go any further to the left without falling off)  but this book appears to be absolute trash and I almost felt sorry for the woman just hearing a few of the accusations made therein.

         Wow! An honest and astute liberal! I didn't think there was such a thing! Well if Palin runs I hope she wins. Perry doesn't do it for he's a big government guy and Romney isn't much better. Johnson and Paul are like fresh air but my heart is still with Bachmann.

         Well, I'll admit, I don't get the whole Palin thing. She's an idiot. Choosing her for a running mate was the beginning of the end of a joke of a campaign. How she has tenaciously held on to the limelight is a mystery.
