Looks like I'll make over $1,000 this month with HPads alone, not counting Adsense and Amazon. Me lika da HPads! I turned off the HPads for a short time, but I found I made more with them than with Adsense alone. I'm sure this differs for individual hubbers, based on the types of hubs you have. Something else I like about HPads is that it's more consistent than Adsense - at least, in my case.

What's your experience with HPads vs. Google Adsense?

I make three times the amount with Hpads turned off. There's no questioning the fact that Hpads are more consistent, but they coupled with AdSense made me much less than AdSense alone.

Thanks, Haunty! I'm not internet savvy, and I wonder why some do better with HPads while others do better with Adsense + HPads. Any ideas?

If I ever get around to writing 805 hubs - wow! I could just be in the forums now and then urging all the rest of the hubbers to - good for you Habee! that's about $2.17/hub a month!  Much, much more than I'll ever do here!

pardon my math - I meant = $1.17/hub and that may be wrong too!

It certainly is getting better.  I made $46.09 for October - so tantalizingly close to payout!

For a while, post-panda, HP wasn't looking so good and i was considering moving away.  Well, it's roaring upward and I intend to redouble my efforts here.

Nice to see you again, PQ! I just checked my Oct. HPads earnings - almost $1,000!! I'm psyched! I need to add in my Adsense and Amazon for my total.

        Ayup.

I wish I had the traffic here I have at my "real" site.   Extrapolating, I would have theoretically earned over $800 here (which was not atypical there pre-Panda).  If I had the traffic I had there BEFORE Panda, it would be twice that :-(

Oh, well.  Nothing to do but buckle down and concentrate upon writing more here.

Way to go Habee!  That'll stop the naysayers, won't it? smile

My HPads has dropped slightly for Oct compared to Sept, but not much.  The CPM fell by almost $8, but increased traffic made up the difference to within a few dollars.

I've turned off HPads several times, but never for very long - the difference is just too striking to ignore.  Earnings with it on are at least 3X what I get from adsense alone and often more.

I'm not sure why the big difference, either - could it have something to do with Adsense matching ads to viewers history?  I've turned that off before, too, and income always falls but I've never really left it off long enough to get solid results.  I don't think HPads does that, only matching ads to content and not always even that.

I dunno, Wildman. I'm afraid to turn off HPads. I really like the consistency I get with them. I can just about count on how much I'll earn each day with HPads. (fingers crossed that it continues!)

    Well Done Habee!

I made just over $300 for October so I may start to write some more hubs that may get more traffic and just see what happens with that!

EDIT: Not with this account though, although I did make $40 with this one for last month
