The only place to put Nutella is in the trash can.  According to the product label, the main ingredients of Nutella are sugar and oil.  There is more palm oil (a highly saturated vegtable fat) in this product than hazelnut oil.   About half of the calories in Nutella come from fat and about 40% of the calories come from sugar.

200 calories per serving (100 calories from fat)
11g fat (3.5g of which are saturated)
    21g of sugar
    3g protein

On toasted wholemeal English muffins, the low-fat kind. Ironic isn't it? smile

I eat it all the time and I don't feel like it makes me fat.

Anyway, I have it on bread - toasted or not. Often, I have one slice with Nutella and the other slice with peanut butter so it's like I'm having a homemade Reese's.

I also sometimes have it "on" a croissant; by that I mean I cut the croissant in half. I also mean real croissants, not those small butter croissants so many supermarkets have.

My aunt has it on butter crackers.

Definately on cakes. I dip cookies in it and also spread it on bread and butter!

In ice cream!  A little goes a long way and it tastes soooo good in plain old vanilla ice cream.

I've never bought it. Although I do love hazelnuts.

I just googled it, did you know there is a World Nutella Day on Feb. 5?  Hey, I wonder if Bendo13 will write about it.

and it has it's own Facebook page.

Not a thing!  Does make a good lubricant if you happen to run out of axle grease.  Guess it's a matter of taste.  I evidently don't have any.  smile
