I see so many threads talking about problems with Google. Is there any way that hubbers can make money without Google if they have a problem with them? I am getting nervous with all of the threads I'm reading about Google and the things that have been happening.
Are you referring to Google search engine or Google adsense?
If you're in the US and make sure you follow the Google Adsense ToS, you have a much lower chance of getting banned.
Those banned were either breaking rules (such as using traffic exchanges) or from high spam countries such as India/Asia.
Thank you for the information, I was getting nervous.
You are unnecessary maligning India. It is Indian Sub-continent, not India. Don't write shit if you don't know anything. And, spam originates from everywhere, not only from India. Get a life. Grow up.
I'm not maligning India. I'm pointing out a known fact.
I personally know of some very talented writers from India and Asia.
However Adsense applies much stricter criteria to those from Indian and Asian areas, because that is where a lot more spam does, sadly, come from.
If you read through these forums or the Adsense forums you'll see that because of this, people from those areas have a lot more difficulty getting accounts - but the good writers who put in the quality work do end up getting accounts (such as Sofs for instance.)
Fact - Adsense is indeed tough on new applicants from some countries, including India and China. They expressly say so on their website.
However, it is not due to spam. It has nothing to do with spam. Indeed, if you want to learn more about countries that originate and relay most spam, here are a few links.

http://www.circleid.com/posts/20090717_ … ink_again/ (Note - Old info, two years)
The reason is not mentioned anywhere by Adsense. However, as per the "general understanding" (excuse the weasel word), the reason is simple - unacceptable site content.
Unacceptable site content takes many forms - primarily English being a "second" language here. Also, the understanding of TOS etc is extremely bad - reading the fine print is not a strong point with Indians (IDK about Chinese and other Asian, high risk countries).
A lot of content is unacceptable in other ways - for example - music downloads, poster and wallpaper downloads, putting ads in close proximity to flash games etc. Again, mostly due to a very poor understanding of Adsense TOS.
So, applicants from these countries have to prove their good standing, so to speak, before they get the coveted adsense account.
Of course, I don't mean to imply that not understanding TOS well is any less deplorable than spamming.
By the way, breaking Adsense TOS will get you banned irrespective of your nationality - you can see that from the couple of threads that are running on this forum.
Sorry I was using the word spam too generally. You summed it up far better.
I should have said "low quality content".
Ya!!
Blaming ppl isn't the right thing. India is a place with how many ppl??? So there have to be some spammers (as you say).
I for one am not
...and you obviously completely missed the point of the posts by Sidd and I.
I have been using Google adsense for almost 4 years now and have never had a problem with them. Though I cannot say whys o many do have problems with them it is probably too many clicks from a single IP or something similar.

Although I continue to have traffic to my hubs and was earning a bit of AdSense dollars, suddenly when April came AdSense earnings stopped. Could it be the addition of HubPages ads?
