I think that I hum as some sort of coping mechanism. I always find myself humming "Don't Worry be Happy" by Bobby Mcferrin or a slower, drawn out version of "Singing in the Rain" by Gene Kelly.

Hang down your head, Tom Dooley...
Hang down your head and cry...
Hang down your head, Tom Dooley...
Poor boy, you're bound to die.

I'm too sexy for my shirt....

...and for some reason several Lady Gaga songs.

Also when I'm in the mood I blast 2112 by Rush and then have that going around my head for a long time!

Leb' Deine Träume - my son tells me, "Stop singing German, I know you're doing it, I keep hearing that s, s, s, sound!" (the 'ch' sound really)

You see I've been through the desert on a horse with no name.
It felt good to be out of the rain.
In the desert you can't remember your name,
Coz there ain't no one to a give you no pain.

"If I only had a brain"

For some reason, my customers have asked that I choose a different tune when I am  working on their computers.

I sing in a 100-voice church choir.  I know I'm ready for the Christmas program when I wake up in to morning and the most difficult piece immediately starts running through my brain.  Ask this question again in a month!
