As noted: In Scripture (Galatians 3:10) “Those depending on God's laws to save them are under his curse. The scripture say: “cursed is anyone whom breaks a single one of his laws written in his book of the law.”

There would be no need to argue against these commandments, if man is allowing the Holy Spirit to perform in his life as willed from God to guide and direct the paths desired of God, for they are the same laws written on stone, as are now those written in the mind of man. The man who follows the direction of the Holy Spirit; that man, already knows God's paths; he has repented (being pardoned). He is a man, announced by the Holy Spirit as present (acceptable to be presented in God’s presence). Therefore, this man He is the man who treats others as desired to be treated, following the Ten Commandments (only) as the path to his salvation. As directed of God: Noted: In Scripture (Amos 5:24) “God wants a Torrent of doing Good.” Therefore, this man does a torrent of good works that redeem him; Which covers a multitudes of sins. (The above scripture, thus, representing (a torrent of good) is the atonement for sin). He is the man of repentance to have been found under God blessing instead of his curse!

In Scripture (Hebrews 8:8-12) “God has written his laws upon the minds of man.” These same laws being the Ten Commandments.”

In Scripture (Galatians 5:16) “The Holy Spirit is giving by God to reside in the hearts of man, being the guide of our conscience guiding and correcting our steps in keeping of doing what is right.”

    The Ten Commandments

    (1)   Worship no other God than me
    (2)   Make no graven images: of animals and any small animal that crawl along the ground and birds and fish the stars the moon or man or angels.
    (3)   Never use God name to take an oath if not intending to keep it nor use it to swear to a lie
    (4)   Keep the Sabbath Holy. It is blessed of God for rest.
    (5)   Honor your father and mother. “So that all your days will be blessed”
    (6)   Do not murder
    (7)   Do not commit adultery
    (8)   Do not steal
    (9)   Do not lie
    (10) Do not covet

Remember: None of these commandments will redeem your salvation but only will bring God judgment against you if used for the redemption of salvation. The salvation from God comes only alone through complete obedience, trust, belief, loyalty and faith in Him; not that of ritual practice.

The Renewed Covenant: Review of the Ten Commandments

*******(1) Worship no other God than me:
“Why wouldn't you, He is a God of absolute loyalty and exclusive devotion

*******(2) Make no graven images: of animals and any small animal that crawl along the ground and birds and fish the stars the moon or man or angels:
This is mimicking God in creation. The Lord is the Creator. The man belonging to the world set of rules say: Those whom copies another's work and place their name upon it; using it for their glory, comes under judgment.” The Lord is far above man! He is the Creator. God is also a very Jealous God; One being very possessive. Man honoring the replica's of God's creation, fuel his anger and wrath of this behavior. For, the Lord only wants his glory and honor to be shown and demonstrated to him of all his creation. God is a very Jealous God! And that which belongs to him (belongs to him). The Lord is a very possessive God of what belongs to him and he desires those being his creation to worship and honor only him. Remember: God is a very Jealous very, very possessive God of what belongs to him. As noted: In Scripture (Joshua 24:14-20) “Joshua speaks of the Lord Jealous and possessive behavior toward those belonging to him, giving warning to those whom desire to follow him." For by doing so man must adhere to his desires and that being of his will.” It greatly angers God by the practice of man erecting idols of man, angels and any other created by him; praising and giving honor to them as though being a god. The Israelites too, faltered in this practice, when they sinned by worshiping the Queen of heaven, burning incense and baking cakes in her honor, placing her face upon them and sacrificing them to her in honor of tribute, in-turn, bringing God’s anger and wrath further against them. As noted in the following scriptures are the Holy Spirit warnings of such actions: In Scripture (Deuteronomy 4:15-19) God Speaks! “But beware! You did not see the form of God that day as he spoke to you from the fire at Mount Horeb, so do not defile yourselves by trying to make a statue of God, an idol of any form, whether of a man, woman, animal, bird, a small animal that runs alone the ground, or a fish. And do not look into the sky to worship the sun, moon, or stars.” And also: In Scripture (Jeremiah 44) “God speaks to Jeremiah of his anger against the Israelites for their behavior in worshiping and sacrificing cakes to “The Queen of Heaven” and other idols.” Listen Intently!

*******(3) Never use God name to take an oath if not intending to keep it nor use it to swear to a lie:
Placing God in companion to wrongful behavior places him in position of great disrespect, dishonoring him as a liar and a cheat, all that God is not. The Lord is not common. The Lord is not a man. The Lord is to be Praised and Worshiped as he is. The Lord is the Creator, the one whose name is exalted above all, God is God; one worthy of all Praise. The Lord is the life giving one; In his Light do we see light. He is the Mighty One, the Magnificent. The Lord is the Rock of Salvation, the Redeemer, and the Rescuer, the Rock of Jacob, the Shield of Abraham. The Lord is not common!!! As noted: In Scripture (Deuteronomy 5:11) “Never take an oath in God's name” (not vowing to keep it). God anger and solemn promise of punishment came against King Zedekiah of Israel for taking an oath in his name within the intention of not fulfilling the oath. As noted: In Scripture (Ezekiel 17:18-19).” Listen Intently!

*******(4) Keep the Sabbath Holy. It is blessed of God for rest. Your are to do no work of any kind:
Does not the Lord say he will care for your needs? How wonderful to enjoy a lazy day of ease; Spending time among family and children and friends, doing no work, only praising the Lord for all he has done for you.

*******(5) Honor your father and mother. “So that all your days will be blessed”
Does not the Lord honor his Father? His obedience of sacrifice upon his death sacrifice of mercy to calm his Father anger and saving the Jews and fulfilling the promise to Abraham of his having many descendants; (being the salvation of the Gentiles). Yes, the Lord honors his Father. Would you desire your children to dishonor or honor you?

    *******(6) Do not murder:
Would you want someone to murder yourselves or those whom you love? God creation gives only him the authority of judgment against those to live or die.

    *******(7) Do not commit adultery:
Would you desire for someone to sleep with your husband or wife? Would this make you sad or anger you? Be as the Lord; He is one of absolute loyalty and exclusive devotion.

    (8) Do not steal:
Would you like someone to steal from you? Would this make you sad? Would this anger you?

    *******(9) Do not lie:
Would you be angered by someone lying about you or to you? Would this upset you?

    *******(10) Do not covet
Would you like someone taking something away from you that doesn’t belong to yourselves? Would this hurt you? Would this anger you?

    Meditate on all this
These Ten Commandments are all God laws written in the mind of man. The same laws giving unto Moses by God, written on stone; Now, allow what God has written in the mind of man to allow the Holy Spirit to continuously in all aspects of life bring forth remembrance of God laws to perform the actions instructed by the Holy Spirit, thus, to bringing one to the remembrance of their behavior. The behavior favored of God. In-turn:

To: Do unto others as you desire done unto you.

In Scripture (Galation 5:14) “God whole law from the Ten Commandments can be summed up in your “Loving others as you love yourself.”

In Scripture (Galatians 2:20) “The sins of man was crucified upon the cross with the Messiah. Therefore, his rising to life brought to you new life. And his life lives within yourselves. This new life existing from yourselves trusting the Messiah who loved and sacrificed himself for you.” This new life God is referring to becoming one like himself; allowing man a chance to live within him. The Lord only lives within the spirit of every man whom loves him; Therefore, all which would not be done against another by God (his spirit cannot live with those whom do them). To be useful to the Lord and allow for him to give the gift of his wisdom, knowledge and understanding, one must stay in unity with the Lord and the Holy Spirit. The helping of others need the graceful character of peace, gentleness, honesty, loyalty and love giving from God. This is all that is needed to be a useful service to others as a servant belonging to him.

Man will not achieve salvation from following the Ten Commandments for the salvation of their soul, not even those of the same written in the mind, because God has taken away its authority to punish; They are instead used for man awareness from the Holy Spirit of that which is desired of God. The Lord did not come to do away with the law but to fulfill its purpose; That through understanding and awareness man will become more united with him, changing in character and thus, showing kindness to others and having a greater respect for God; This, in-turn, allowing the forgiveness of many sins (being pardoned, being made holy). The change in grace and character allowing one to be used to help others. The Lord sees such a man as righteous and holy, one worthy of his presence. God commandments do not give his salvation but strengthen the awareness of what is desired of him (His creating a new person). His New Crop of Israelites!

The obedience of trusting the Lord and believing in good works is an act of faith, therefore, through the Lord strength, becoming a loyal servant. Many are abused for God good works 'But believing in his word of truths, one will prevail, through faith, hope and love". Religious rituals are not written in the Ten Commandments, therefore, they are not written upon the mind. For, God's commandments are not based on laws of procedure but to establish man a way of life. The laws of procedure (ritual performance are not God's recommendations (for the present). The ritual performances do not give man favor with God! They are man made ideologies, believing them to save them of God's salvation, being used as (the compromise, the trying to bargain). God desire is for man to do a torrent of good; to be useful for his glory and sow a harvest of plenty. Becoming Holy (His Sons).

      Not to pick.

But the only place in the Bible that actually says the words "Ten Commandments" is found in Exodus 34:28. The listed ten commandments as recorded on the two hewn stones by Moses on the mount as given to him from God can be found in Exodus 34:10-28

rhonda, do you care to tell me who Jesus was and what His purpose for being here was?

Though any one of those laws are good to follow as a guide for a more honest lifestyle, they are no longer laws. Just as the food laws in Deut. We are no longer under them either. Or the blood laws for that matter.

It has always made me wonder how or why a parent would let their child lay in a hospital room and die because they wouldn't let that child take a blood transfusion or to accept blood based on religious rights. Yes, before Jesus came people were under the law, then, we had no technology such as today.

According to God, as it is written, Jesus was sent so the world would believe, He was sent to fulfill the laws.

    Hi Ron,

I can't help but feel that your approach to religion on these pages isn't probably going to help or convince anyone of the good of religion/god.

I have created a hub on religion, please feel free to have a look at it, I am not saying by any means that my approach is better but I think it might be a little more modern and hopefully still end with what (im guessing) your trying to achieve?!

    Thanks.
