   I think the bears drafted pretty well for having such late picks. What do you think?

      I agree with 12-4, that seems reasonable. I do like the Marcus Freeman pick. I live in Ohio so I might be a bit of a homer by saying that. Seriously though he is a great pick. He flew way under the radar because of James Lauranitis. I also really liked Juaquain Iglesias out of Oklahoma. I watched him play in the championship game and he played well. Personally I think people are making way to big of a deal out of our recievers. I don't really think they are sitting to bad at that position.
      Yea I seen the Jarron Gilbert video. That was cool. That dude is gonna be a stud!

   I think they have the team to go at least 12-4 this season with losses probably to the Stealers, Seahawks, Ravens and possibly the first match up with the Vikings if they can't stop Peterson.
   
   The Bears run a Tampa 2 defense and have the most probles on the line. It's a great defensive scheme but only if our guys stay healthy.  It relies on their speed, intelligence and aggressiveness.  It puts less emphasis on the safety too. 
   
   I think we got a great pick with Marcus Freeman from Ohio State.  He should fit right in at LB position, and Jarron Gilbert from San Jose State is a monster defensive lineman.  Have you seen his youtube performance, jumping out of a pool?

   Chicago has the "easiest" schedule in the league this season, so less than 10 wins would be a joke.
   I am happy the brought Cutler in, but without a stud receiver, I dont know how productive he will be.  I think the person who benefits the most from all the offseason action is Matt Forte.  Defenses will key on Cutler, and Orlando Pace will open up huge holes for Forte, who rushed for over 1200 yards in his rookie campaign.
   One thing is for sure, if the defense does not step up this year, the team will exit in the first round of the playoffs.  I look for Tommie Harris or Wale Ogunleye to be near the league lead in sacks.

   Chicago should be considerably better this season. The schedule is the first reason and Jay Cutler the second reason. QB has been the main excuse in the past, but no more! 10 or 11 wins sounds about right.

   Jay Cutler had a great season but are any bears fans worried at his high number of interceptions last season 18. Second to only Brett Farve 22. With no Brandon Marshall or Eddie Royal this could be a problem.

   I think you Bears fans are in for a dissapointing season. Jay Cutler is a head case ala Jeff George/Ryan Leaf who will tank at the first sign of trouble.

   They really need a receiver who can stretch the field and I don't think Hester will be the one to do it. Berrian would have been a perfect fit if they still had him.

   They drafted ok, im not there was too much talent available where they were picking. The Bears have needs at WR, but mostly at safety. They actually need more of a possession receiver since hester is the speed guy that stretches the field. They should win the divisioneven with this needs due to weak opponents.

   If nothing else, the Patriots will be the team to beat.  They get Brady back and have a weak schedule.  Without Brady they went 11-5 and missed the playoffs!  I mean, I hate the guys but they are definite favorites.  I smell a AFC Championship Game b/t the Pats and Steelers.  The winner of that game will most likely be a shoe-in for the Super Bowl.

      I think the Patriots will miss the playoffs for the second straight year.  Tom Brady, recovering from a severe injury, will not have as good a year as Matt Cassel had last year.  They are in a tough, physical division and their "mature" players will not stand up to the punishment.

    Hey, I hate those guys as much as you guys...Remember, my team is the one that gave them the imperfect season in 2007.  But find me 6 losses in their 2009 season...By the way, Vegas predicts them to win it all and those guys set the spreads.

          All right, I'll give you that...Except for that one year when the Eagles and Pats were predicted early on to go to the Super Bowl and they did.  The Pats that year, were favored to win it all and they did...I friggin' hated that year.
