Battlefield 3 or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

      I prefer MW3. I played BF3 the other day and just didn't like it. I have no idea why. It just felt weird and foreign. Maybe because I am so used to MW period that something else was just off. I also didn't have a chance to play only sing my net was screwy. But from what I have played MW3 FTW.

      I have not played a battle field game before but I have played multiple Call of Duty games. I like Call of Duty a lot.

   haha, MW3 is a great game, but if you play one or the other for too long and then go back to the previous game, whichever one you got BACK INTO just feels off, and weird... for instance, I hate how fast you can die in MW3 but I love the guns and intensity of it.  With BF3 I love how detailed and realistic it is

         NO offense but Battlefield 3 at PC have kicked 360's ass pretty hard as PC is showing DX 11's potential.
         But you have to play on a powerful PC and that's why majority will go for MW3.

   MW3 is just like MW2. In fact, MW3 could have been a map pack with a slightly different set of guns and equipment. Lots of campers there, which always makes the game-play suffer.

   With call of duty you are solely paying for the name at this point. You are not necessarily paying for new features but the fact that a new Call of duty game has come out. Battlefield has had some ups and downs but overall I tink when comparing these two, call of duty still has some key things that put it one step ahead of the industry and its competitors

   I was really looking forward to both, one thing I have noticed with these two titles more than most is there is a very weird culture of allegiance followed by it's loyal players. Most people i have seen having a conversation about this seem to side on one or the other. I really enjoyed MW3 for the first week, but I couldn't help feeling it was just MW2 but with a fresh lick of paint. On the other hand Battlefield 3 has been played at least a couple of times a week since I got it. (That's a lot of gaming for me) I just love the mix up of destructible buildings, military vehicles, bullet physics and general team work making it a lot more enjoyable.

   Modern Warfare 3 is my pick simply because COD might have some campers in corners in certain game types, but Battlefield is full of people camping on a huge map...I'll take the closer combat style instead.

    I'd have to go for battlefield 3. I like the call of duty campaign, but I've never really liked the online multiplayer that much. You respawn so fast, it feels like there is no real penalty for dying. BF3 has vehicles and the gameplay feels a bit more strategic. It rewards teamwork. COD just tends to be run and gun. Both good games, but BF3 is superior in my opinion.

    I'm an MW3 girl myself, my husband prefers BF3. I've played BF3 and I'm just not into all the vehicles. I like the movement of the characters, and the graphics are awesome. The fact that buildings blow up is actually a cool feature as well. But like Matt in Jax said, BF3 has lots of campers on a huge map, MW3 because the maps are smaller, you get to know where all the campers are and can avoid them much more easily. I like the campaign in MW3 better as well.

    Honestly, it depends what mood I'm in. But why would I play BF3 when I could play GRAW and Rainbow Six for tactical play? MW3 is a mediocre arcade shooter, and doesn't offer that much, no matter how many maps they throw in. This is why I'm playing Contra and DooM still - because they're challenging and you don't need exploits to win.
