   Are you contacting your REP'S, in your States, or are you just whistling in the wind.
   
   Today is Decembe 19, 2011. I got the following e-mail's from, My REP'S. I was going to post them, but, I thought if I put them in a NOTE, it would be better.

   Thank you for contacting me regarding border security and illegal immigration. It's good to hear from you.
   
   Montanans have a right to be concerned about the potential harm illegal immigrants pose to our economy and our security. The international border shared by Montana's eleven northernmost counties adds up to nearly 500 miles of mostly wide-open territory, often too large to patrol with conventional means. Those wishing to enter our country continue to find an opportunity along our porous borders - in fact, those entering the United States illegally in 2005 out-paced lawfully-entering immigrants nearly three-to-one. All the while, American citizens and taxpayers shoulder the burden.
   
   In a post 9/11 world, securing the homeland and keeping the terrorists out has taken on new meaning. That's why I've voted to allocate more resources, including the military, to the border areas to attempt to stem the rate of illegal immigrants into the country. I've voted to build a fence on the southern border to assist local communities in protecting their territory and to make it a felony to enter and remain here illegally. In addition, I've voted to allow local law enforcement to have a role in protecting our country by ending the dangerous "catch and release" policies of the past. I'm proud of my record, and I'll continue to vote to uphold the laws of this country.
   
   It's important to understand that illegal immigration, not legal immigration, is the problem. From the time America was founded we've been a nation of immigrants. Unfortunately, there are almost 12 million people residing in the U.S. today that are doing so illegally. They've made their first act on American soil a crime just by entering the country. The impression around the world is that it's easy to enter this country because we don't enforce our immigration laws nor secure our expansive borders. That's just the beginning of the problem.
   
   The fact is every state is hurt by illegal immigration, including Montana. That's why I oppose any action that rewards a violation of U.S. law with citizenship to our great nation. I oppose granting amnesty to those who are here illegally. It's also an insult to the millions of legal immigrants that work hard and play by the rules.
   
   Illegal immigration also undermines our economy. From education to healthcare to incarceration, illegal immigration costs the Federal Treasury $45 billion annually - costs that are subsidized by honest taxpayers in each and every state. An honest day's work for an honest day's pay is a basic American principle, but being forced to pay additional taxes to cover the costs of those who are breaking the law and taking advantage of government services is something no legal American worker should be forced to do.
   
   The top priority of any government is to secure its borders and protect its citizens and as Montana's Congressman, I work daily to ensure Montanans are safe. My dedication to your security will never change as long I represent Montana.

   Thank you for contacting me regarding the Fast and Furious operation conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. It's good to hear from you.
   
   After he was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) under Attorney General Eric Holder's leadership pursued an operation titled "Fast and Furious" that allowed thousands of guns to be purchased from legal U.S. gun dealers and brought across the border directly to Mexican drug-trafficking cartels. Fast and Furious operatives subsequently lost track of these weapons. Two of the weapons were found at the scene of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent's death in December of 2010. In the course of the investigation since this reckless operation came to light, Holder has deliberately misled Congress about his knowledge of Fast and Furious.
   
   It's become clear that in his efforts to advance the President's anti-gun agenda, Eric Holder was willing to cross lines that should never have been crossed. Mr. Holder has lost the public confidence necessary to do his job. He has also put our Second Amendment Rights, rights he swore to uphold, in serious danger. Mr. Holder should immediately resign, and the Senate should refuse to confirm anyone who won't respect our gun rights.

   Dear  Oly,
   
   Thank  you for contacting me about recent actions taken by the U.S. Department of  Justice.  I share your frustrations and have repeatedly reminded the Justice  Department of the importance of strengthening our Second Amendment rights.
   
   As  for Project Gunrunner, I have serious concerns. This operation should have been  better managed to anticipate the risk.  I support investigating those involved  and I supported a recent law that prohibits the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,  Firearms and Explosives (ATF) from conducting any similar operation this  year.
   
   I  also believe the ATF needs a new start. I do not think the current nominee,  Andrew Traver, is the right man to head this troubled agency.
   
   Additionally,  I have written to Attorney General Holder and the ATF urging them to reassess  guidance they issued regarding medical marijuana cards and firearms licenses and  immediately back off from these inappropriate and unnecessary requirements.  I  have also introduced legislation to force the ATF to drop their plan.
   
   Running  a large agency is a difficult job, but we need to hold those folks accountable.   I will continue to ask tough questions and to protect the best interests of  Montanans, especially their Second Amendment rights.

      Not to worry, I am on that also. My Point Being, Do any of you Contact your REP'S about Issues that concern US?
      
      As far as, NDAA, I will speak my peace as long as I can.

         Morning Denny. Well, what are your views on, NDAA. What is our Government thinking. FEMA, needs a good message from our Government, NOW. Hope to see you get on this and I hope to hear from you/ASAP. WE do not need nor do we want, NDAA.

   I believe that there are too many Americans who would rather see us spending truckloads of money educating, feeding, sheltering, and coddling the people who come in to this country illegally. It is just another incentive for them to break in and steal from those who have payed into our government programs our entire lives.
   just as the congressman pointed out, it undermines the efforts made by the people who work hard to come to this country legally.

   As a true American ( Native American Sioux ) I find it sad that the average American doesn't even really care about what is going on in our country or they play the Republican and Democratic spin games. I say throw all the bums out of office.
   
   8000 or more American citizens a year die because they don't have or can't afford health care. 46 million Americans are with out health care and 9 million of those are children. How can the average American set and watch this go on. Every year right here in America tens of thousands of American seniors fall into what is called a doughnut hole and can't pay for their prescription drugs after their  health care for the year that pays for their prescription drugs has run out.
   
   13 million American children go to bed hungry each night. 15.000 plus men , women, and children are living on the streets of New Orleans tonight.
   
   What if you and your children had to go sleep under a bridge tonight.
   
   Whole cities that used to have textile mills in them look like ghost towns in the American south.
   
   Yes we should write to each and every U.S. congress person and senator and tell them we are throwing all of them out of office. That if they don't put America first that we will use our vote to throw them out of office. We need to vote in third party independent candidates and throw every Democrat and Republican out of office.
   
   Have you ever been on an American Indian reservation here in the USA. They are like third world countries but no politician is yelling about that either.
   
   I really love America and I really fear where it is going to. If enough Americans don't stand up and demand real political change America is doomed. And it may already be to late. It is sad.
   
   I guess you could say that I am a really angry American. I try every day to make a difference here in America. I along with other people raid dumpsters and use the food we recover to feed hungry people. I help cook and serve one meal a day to hungry people. We pass out blankets and plastic sheets to people who have no home. We try but its like trying to bail out the Atlantic ocean a tea cup at a time. And not only do I write to my Congress person and Senator. I write to everyone of them every week and email them. I send them videos of hungry people and pleas from mothers living on the streets. Its time to wake up America and demand real changes here in America. Not more band aid programs. We must make real changes or America is doomed.
