   I am wanting to gain more experience creating Niche Websites or blogs to build up a portfolio of website designs.

      Interested here - not sure if your offering work for free or a fee? or even a revenue share?!
      
      I'd be looking for a Niche Members website with revenue share (Google) - nothing to compete with any article or Q&A site - but definitely something that could do pretty well.

   Is this a free service you are offering with this forum post Julez ? I am wondering as you say you want to gain experience.
   
   Just curious really, I have to control as much of the layouts I use here and elsewhere as I am picky about tweaking the layouts frequently.

      Yes I do want to offer my services for free at this stage of gaining a portfolio, but not for indefinitely.
