Reality is right now

   Everything we experience is happening as it happens. There is no yesterday and there is no tomorrow. It is happening now and there is no way to avoid it. It is happening. I can use yesterday today and learn from it and the future will be affected by what I do now, but neither exist. Now exists becuase our minds think it does. It is cause for suffering to live in the then and the later. The future cannot exist for it hasn't happened and it won't. The only thing that is going to happen is now. In this sense, creation is now. Creation is the act of now. We have a hard time seeing this, because we want things and regret things, but they do not exist. They are a product of a mind that only exists because we think it does.

         I think it's time that religious folk hear this too. Reality is now. Reality is not religion and it is not desire, it is now. I hear music now and you read my words now. They are a result of now and are as intangible as water. It exists, but it only exists now. It does not exist in the imagination, though the imagination guides the understanding of it. It is a manifestation of observation and it will always be now.

         Living in the now is releasing the illusion of I and the self. This is a solid reality, but it is only solid now. Enlightenment is releasing the illusion that it matters.

   I sometimes think it would be better if humans could live in the here and now more often.  We do have regrets about the past and fears for the future.  However, without the ability to plan for the future or learn from the past, humans would be unlikely to have developed in the ways we have.

      Living for today is important within Religion and Philosophy forum.
      
      Wail main stream Religions are stuck in living by ancient spiritual writing that can carry a few  regrets, wail waiting for the magic moment to die for their  extremely happiness in heaven, which may never come.
         
      One time, a girl ask me wail I was building a sand sculpture, what was the best time in my entire life?
      
      I said to her Right Now! because the best time and most beautiful was in this moment, I just carved a grand smile on her face.

                     The illusion of reality is made up of all sorts of preconcieved notions. The neuro pathways of our brain and mind clash and we struggle to understand the why of things. It is simple to know how things work, it is near impossible to know why.

                        The thing is, can we really know reality? The Upanishads speaks of even a Supreme Reality. It says by fasting and by tranquilizing oneself, one can get there. I am not sure. Often the Kundalini  wakes out of nothing.
