Do you know Green tea reduces the risk of cancer? 1 cup of Matcha green tea is worth 10 cups of regular green tea. Aiya is worlds largest green tea manufacturer. Drink 2-3 cup of Aiya matcha green tea daily to keep you healthy.

I drink the stuff, regardless of health benefits. A nice hot cup of green tea with a little bit of honey before bed makes me a happy lady. big_smile

Not only does green tea help but dark mushrooms do too. White mushrooms have no effect.

It either does or it doesn't.

    What is Cancer?

Cancer is the improper break down of cells that can not be repaired by the body.

    So what "cures" cancer?

    Who knows?

What prevents cancer?  Not doing things which can promote improper cell division.

If you like Green tea then drink up.  Seems to be healthy from everything I've read.  I drink it.

The way I understand it, the body can repair those radical cells.  Well, maybe not repair, but get rid as long as the body is well nourished.
