    Is it a special day to reimd us to appreciate our loved ones or is it just another commercial holiday?

    ...for me - it's another commercial holiday....another one that puts pressure on some people to buy things....showing love should be done on a regular basis and doesn't have to be through a purchase

    ...however, i did buy myself something shiny...and early...picked it up yesterday and wow are there shiny...can't wait to hear them!...guess i just luv me!

    valentines day for me personaly,... pain in the A**,.... thanks to halmark and russlestover it has become a yard stick by wich we measure the worth of others and ourselves,....  a judgement tool for relationship magazines,...

    i much prefer a soda and bag of chips on no particular tuesday, on the tailgate of the truck,.... because he stopped to see me at work on my break,.... because he could.

    diamonds may be forever,.... but memories arent lost to theft or house fires,.... or litigation.

    i'll take memories every time.
