Here's something worthy of being passed on here, in my opinion - and if you are in the Oregon Area, please pass this around all your social networks.

        Thanks!

I've not heard any more about it from Facebook where I got it.  Don't know what the situation is.

This is going to sound bad, but I don't make an effort on those unless I know it is a stranger abduction. Moms often abduct their children in an effort to keep them from Dad. But when Dads do the same thing, watch out.

If I had abducted my daughter to keep Mom from alienating our daughter from me, then that would have been in her best interest. I wonder how many paternal abductions have occurred where Dad was truly doing what was best for his child(ren). Hard to say how often, but it is not unusual.

Well Willie, it seems to have both parents listed on the bottom; so it's probably not a domestic issue.

Posted on Twitter and Facebook. Thanks Mr Shaw. Very few people take the time or trouble to at least do something to help others in need. This simple act of yours deserves praise and I am happy to praise your efforts.

Thanks Sir, I always imagine the worst in such situations, and even if the girl ran away, more often than not - it was a poor decision, and the girl is definitely a child.

I got it from Facebook, but of course I'm in Texas, so ....not too many in my FB network would be likely to be helpful, so I put it here.

Interestingly enough, the last time I did something like this....the girl was either found already, or very soon after I posted the forum thread....and the mother contacted me asking me to take down the thread....to which I had to tell her that I couldn't, because only staff could.

It's hard to know how serious something is - but it can't be a good thing to just blow something like that off either

This is always sad to hear. I hope there is a happy ending.

I hope so too.  I really think that the way things spread far and wide on the internet - is a very positive thing towards finding run away or abducted persons.
