    This new header is wonderful and so much easier to navigate the community. I have recently written a hubpages about the new streamlined main page and have included the new header, as well. Oldies who return will be surprised at the new look. Newbies won't know the difference. The use of drop down sub menus will be a familiar and useful tool for most internet users.

      Take time to read the forums and you'll see about the Home page!

    Am I the only person who has problems getting from my account name into the drop menu below it? The explore and notifications menus are a lot less flighty and don't disappear on me.

      Why not just Use a Stick to hold it down?  roll

      Surely a truly creative mind would help choose the right shape! big_smile

      Haven't had any problems, Will. Bit different but no difficulties. Maybe you should report it as a bug with details of your browser, et al.... Hope you get sorted soon! smile

    The notification thing stopped working sad
    I can't use Ctrl+click to open in new tabs anymore. I have to right click and click and then hover over it again to go to the next one (the same way as the first) and repeat this process again and again. It was perfect yesterday i.e. for 10 hours after the release at least.

    I love the "learning center" under the user name.  It's convenient and helpful for new hubbers.

    The more I explore, the more I like the new header. I especially like the way all the latest hubs from hubbers  that I follow are listed so neatly. That way, if I miss someone's post (and I invariably have - many more than I thought), I can easily see what it was and when it was posted. It all looks very minimalist and the look is a good one. No glitches for me, so far.

    Please can you bring back old header for mobile interface? You can detect browser and show header as per that. I am using Opera Mini on mobile and it is not easy to navigate hubpages account from mobile interface.

    I am using following link:

    http://hubpages.com/my/hubs/

    This works if typed manually otherwise it's hard to get into account options.

    One more update- we've fixed the mobile interface so the menu is more like that which appears on our web interface, and to increase accessibility, you can also now navigate the header using the tab and access keys.

    s -> search
    e -> explore
    n -> notifications
    m -> your username

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks to Victoria Lynn to first identify the Hubpages Logo as the feed. I have grown to like that feature and only got there on sign-in...I for one do miss the Hubbers button. I have found many great Hubbers to follow through that. It was useful for community so I am surprised it was not clicked on more often smile

    I do like the new header! Thank for the improvements!

    I haven't been around for quite some time now and I'm logging in like once or twice a week only. So I was rather taken aback when I saw the new 'look' of HP. Don't know if I like it or not but it will certainly take me some time to get used to it smile.
